I was thinking maybe some XNFP or XSFP type because he seems fairly easy going...maybe IEI
bump! would like some thoughts on this.

i like him even though he's an iei (no i'm not type-biased. of course i'm not. how dare you.)
He is ILI-Ni E5w4 sx/sp and hot.
Great actor, too.
I don't see Fe-PoLR.
But, great actor? AGREED.
BUMPING because I just saw Crimson Peak last night.
I really love this man. I guess I could see IEI. What do you guys think?
Hmm, I was under impression he is some slightly awkward IEE.
i personally thought he's kind of a refined gentlemanly IEI. yes, he can be goofy, but i think it's an actor thing. having taken a couple acting classes myself and having watched my fair share of special features for films/tv (look how qualified i am!), i've definitely noticed that one of the things expected of actors is to be able to do misc. things like impersonations and expressions and well, enactments, on the spot. you're kind of like everybody's whore, but you're supposed to take it all with grace, as hiddleston seems to. (although, not watching the celebrity impressions video, i'm fairly sure that at least some of the "impressions" are ones he did on his own and now has to share with *everyone* just because.)
the other thing about tom hiddleston which i thought might be -related while not being especially beta (understatement!), is how he strives to always be kind to people, which actually can seem like a bit of a cop out at times, like here
where he decides everyone is a winner of the loki look-a-like contest, instead of selecting the "best" costume. i remember this overly benevolent look on his face - like this overarching ethical sense where he is going to resolve this matter in the way that won't leave any hurt feelings. not that i think this is an easy situation to be in. and NOT that i know what the plan was... i mean perhaps it was already determined that he'd say they're all winners.
i really would have difficulty seeing hiddleston as logics > ethics.
i like the IEE suggestion, but i still probably suspect IEI.
eta: i didn't mean to say that being kind to people is a cop out in general... and there is a higher ethical sense behind that... i was making it sound like his kindness arises out of copping out rather than as a dedicated choice, which would be untrue and insulting.

Actually the more I think about it, IEE doesn't seem far off at all. God he is beautiful.
Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
Enneagram 2w1sw(1w9) helps others to live up to their own standards of what a good person is and is very behind the scenes in the process.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
Best description of functions:
Probably IEE, Fi subtype. I confused him for someone else.

how dare you @Person. i no longer mark your post as constructive. you've spattered it with too much stuff, and changed your typing.
(but it's okay if you don't change your post again. i wouldn't want to have to edit this to save face.)
Lol. I thought he was someone else, until I took a closer look.
yes, well, i just marked your latest post as constructive...
Yup, IEE-Fi, probably 6w7. IEI men have different smiles and mannerisms.
