Functional Breakdown-- Super-Ego and Conflict
Super-Ego
Base and Role Interaction
As your Role function, at times you may find your Super-Ego’s focus on his Base function to be excessive. At the same time, you find yourself in secret admiration of his ability to spend so much time and energy in activities which so quickly exhaust you. You probably will not be inclined to mention this admiration to your Super-Ego very often, however, in apprehension that he may then invite you to partake in his activities yourself, in order to help you “get better” at them.
You may find your Super-Ego’s Base strength to be quite useful in Role-related situations where you feel inadequate or disinclined.
Suggestive/Dual-Seeking and Ignoring/Observing Interaction
What you most need psychologically in support of your Base but struggle to provide for yourself, your Super-Ego happens to be capable—but disinclined—to provide for you, it being his Ignoring function. Probably the best you can expect from him in this area is some good advice and occasional coaching as you attempt to sort out your own Dual-Seeking issues.
Creative and Vulnerable/PoLR Interaction
You may find yourself in awe of your Super-Ego’s abilities in the area of his Creative function. Fortunately, this is not your Super-Ego’s primary focus or mode of operation. At times when he does focus more heavily in his Creative, however, you may attempt to withdraw yourself from your Kindred’s presence in order to avoid drawing attention to your Vulnerability.
If your Super-Ego does manage to pressure you in this area, you may in turn try attacking his Vulnerability in order to avert the attention away from your own.
Mobilizing/Hidden Agenda and Demonstrative Interaction
When your Super-Ego engages heavily in his Hidden Agenda, you may experience a range of reactions as influenced by your Demonstrative perspective, from being mildly amused and even joining in, to annoyance with your Kindred for taking his HA so seriously.
Likewise, when you engage in your Hidden Agenda, your Super-Ego will hardly take your efforts seriously and you may feel offended by this at times. Alternately, when his Demonstration manifests, you may find yourself feeling gratified by your Super-Ego’s generosity in finally seeming to take an interest in something so important to you. However, this apparent interest is likely to be short-lived, and at the end of the interaction your Super-Ego may even express some embarrassment at having become so heavily involved.

Conflict
Base and Vulnerable/PoLR Interaction
The part of your psyche that you find most natural and enjoyable—being centered in your Base function—is an area which your Conflictor finds to be most unnatural and even intimidating. And of course the reverse is also true regarding your Conflictor’s Base and your Vulnerable.
Not to say that you and your Conflictor will necessarily dislike each other on these grounds. At times, you may even find yourself admiring your Conflictor’s abilities. But your strengths and interests are likely to be so different that the possibility of the two of you finding any pleasure in interacting together is quite slim, and any initial psychological attraction is also highly unlikely.
Creative and Role Interaction
Since neither your Creative nor your Role tend to receive an excessive amount of attention, often times the results of this interaction may not be very apparent. When your Conflictor concentrates more on his Creative pursuits, as long as he is not forcing any of it on you, you are likely to simply leave him to it while you go do your own thing.
At times when your Conflictor responds to pressures upon his Role, however, you may find it more necessary to engage your Creative in turn, it being a valued function of yours. After all, you can hardly allow yourself to be outdone in this area by someone who obviously doesn’t even enjoy the exercise but is doing it anyway.
Suggestive/Dual-Seeking and Demonstrative Interaction
What you most need psychologically in support of your Base, but struggle to provide for yourself, is something that you may at times receive from your Conflictor, but only sporadically and unpredictably. Neither will your Conflictor respond well to requests in this area. But if he already happens to be inclined, he may not mind if you ask to join him, for however long his Demonstration lasts.
Mobilizing/Hidden Agenda and Ignoring/Observing Interaction
Your Conflictor is inclined to pay little attention to your efforts regarding your Hidden Agenda pursuits, unless it is to advise or criticize. This can be rather maddening to you, not only because you probably don’t take very well to criticism of your HA, but also because you happen to be working hard to improve yourself in this area, yet your efforts appear to be utterly unappreciated by your Conflictor. You likewise are inclined to disregard or criticize your Conflictor’s efforts related to your Ignoring function.

That's some interesting stuff. Did you come up with it or are you quoting it from where else?
