Variables in Type (Concepts related to,)

Not all people of the same type are identical. I wish to survey and consider some possibilities for this, especially those that can be (more easily) identified with certain theories or concepts.

Obviously, each persons unique individual subjective experience plays in with the applications of the functions.


Here are some concepts that - I can think of at this time- that seem to apply here:

PS: Also, I wonder about situations that can generate deviations away from one's true type. Situations or circumstances that lead a person to thinking that a path or direction is "for them", but really it leads them away from - for instance- developing their ego block. Over time with luck or deliberate experimentation, going down one's 'true path' (as in, becoming more a person of their specific personality type) could occur. But it seems as though without certain lucks, or events, or guidances even... that a person could wander continuously.

Mostly, I am relating this to the concept of the Socion in general.

The person does not suppose to wonder continuesly - he should learn on his mistakes. He will get as many guidances/experiences as necessary if only he is willing to learn. Life is the best teacher of all. Religios teachings are good idea but not all are capable to read it by heart. All religious teachings must be applied with Love and for Love. It may work better for some types than for the others and can be used for wrong reasons.

I agree that people might develop wrong functions. The question is - if you know everything about your past, can you pinpoint where you made the "wrong" decision and started turning into another type. If you're one type and then start turning into another type, does it mean you finally started living like you should or did you drift away from your real type. How to see the difference? The whole thing is pretty complicated. If you know everything about a persons history, does it make it easier to type?

And if the person makes decisions every day, wouldn't those also be affected by type? And if they are then what would cause the person to choose the wrong option, in stead of doing what all other people of the same type would do. Is this also type-related?

but I believe that socionics can help guide people in the right direction. But then again, I like to think in systems, and perhaps it means more to me than others.

I do not suppose Socionics "leads to enlightenment", no. But I believe it is a valuable aide when it comes to learning about yourself and studying human interaction.

Souls search can take multiple path and socionincs can help to understand you weaknesses and strenghts in order to work in the right direction. Long time ego people did not have it and still did pretty well.

The whole idea of spiritual development is to connect with you true self.
as if you are a baby of collective counscious (Life) and collective uncounscious (Afterlife) and you are looking for you individul counscious - your true identity. You have got all you need for success - free will and Life, mistakes are just a natural part of learing process. Could be hard work for the soul - we need to act instead of react - something which comes with life experience and wisdom.
