I disagree with some of the semantics (I see it as more of a rejection of your PoLR in favor of your creative, specifically in situations that call for your PoLR) but I definitely agree with the sentiment.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. I'm trying to figure out what exactly made UBL so destructive, in IM terms. Perhaps the destruction was tied to Ti HA, in that he shamelessly advocated terrorism as a means of accomplishing his goals, but what he was really targeted for, in the end, was his role in the destruction, that he was playing the coordinator for his Fe. And that was the root of his ideology's malfeasance: he believed Te (international cooperation) should take a back seat to Fe (religious observance and fealty), but never the other way around. So he enslaved Te to Fe and used it as a means to create an organization completely subservient to this Fe that depreciated Te.

Not in socionic term, I think extremism (I speak about those who are into a cause and never stop to defend it - not especially extremist religious leader for ex, more about the middle management,"useful idiot" of this extrem religion) is a form of profond anxiety/insecurity combined with an extensive use of morbid rationalization, as we can see into some extreme case of OCD or probably some paranoid disorder.
