I gathered this from observing my SEE friend who, when we're out and about together, will often notice passer by's who are kind of off or out of place with how they dress, look, and express certain gesture...I take this to mean that they are Demonstrating Fe; but, in general that is true that this trait is associated with Alphas.

Alpha ESEs are attracted to their Conflict type, ILI, mistaking them for their dual because ILI, who search for their expressive/gesture demonstrating SEE dual will display Fe like characteristics, which ESE mistake for their dual. It's that trick that nature plays on our perception and why conflict relations are not too uncommon.

When you find a clue to someone's type, consider that the person may be demonstrating or being activated that way, instead of actually being that way. ESC is a dualized ILI so he may be borrowing the concept of Fe from his dual SEEs.

Yes conflict relations are very commong, this is why people should learn socionics as it helps to avoid that. This is also why it is important to have the correct typings as then people dont make each other angry and sad. I saw a lot of times ILI to use Fe but I was always puzzeled how SEE respond to it.

ILI, in their "natural" state are something like Te/Ti; present facts, than analyze a certain things, making them look LII also, and incorrectly attracting them to ESE.
