    Default the tension of sp/sx stacking

    Love Is Not All by Edna St. Vincent Millay

    Love is not all; it is not meat nor drink
    Nor slumber nor a roof against the rain,
    Nor yet a floating spar to men that sink,
    And rise and sink, and rise and sink again;
    Love cannot fill the thickened lung with breath,
    Nor clean the blood, nor set the fractured bone;
    Yet many a man is making friends with death
    Even as I speak, for lack of love alone.
    It well may be that in a difficult hour,
    Pinned down by pain and moaning for release,
    Or nagged by want, past resolution's power,
    I might be driven to sell your love for peace,
    Or trade the memory of this night for food.
    It well may be. I do not think I would.

    I buy that.

    I love that poem. There's a very nice setting of it by Jeff Blumenkrantz. I do not think I would is a lovely, well-stated ending.
    Not a rule, just a trend.

    IEI. Probably Fe subtype. Pretty sure I'm E4, sexual instinctual type, fairly confident that I'm a 3 wing now, so: IEI-Fe E4w3 sx/so. Considering 3w4 now, but pretty sure that 4 fits the best.

    Yes 'a ma'am that's pretty music...

    I am grateful for the mystery of the soul, because without it, there could be no contemplation, except of the mysteries of divinity, which are far more dangerous to get wrong.

    It's kinda like "I do not think I would, but I know people who are sp/so who definitely would". LOL! The poem is lovely, yes!

    Fascinating. I could see it, definitely.

    The poem is lovely in its technical construction, although I find the whole idea of thinking about the potential of trading a lover for food to be creepy, even when negated.

    I think it's talking more about trading the memories and emotions and not so much the people trafficking.
