Does not compute.

I'm starting to think Simon from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is one.
This is to make up for no longer being able to deny that Kamina is SEE.
Well, in the beginning of the series, he's largely very subdued, reserved, and basically keeps to himself. He's also not a fighter like Yoko or Kamina, and it takes someone being threatened to draw a reaction out of him.
Even later on when he turns into A Hero, he's portrayed as basically being laid-back and gentle, but with full-blown moments of growing into Kamina's shoes and being a fantastic towering badass of manliness.
It's pretty much a fantasised version of why you do not ever unleash a Si base's Se ignoring under any circumstances ever.
I could also buy SLI.

Oh please, why are you calling him like that? He's "mental cockroach".

@Thanks Arthur: there were a lot of examples of SEI celebrities (etc) on the forum, I don't really get what do you want. For example, I recall that piano singer from Israel or something who was likely one, and I don't remember doubts about her type.
This guy, maybe?

YES. He's allowed to be SEI.
I still think Johnny Depp is SEI, and it would be difficult to convince me otherwise at this point.

FWIW I know an SEI who is very serious. It's similar to how ILEs and LIIs can be serious, though more towards Fe where the emotional climate is assumed, but you don't master Fe enough to shift with the feelings of others, when people change from serious to friendly, or however else you want to describe the feelings/desires of others. Its more of a "this is who I'm going to be" attitude.
But yeah, she seems to have a knack for food and taste, I picture her becoming a good housewife/cook lol.
I don't think it's a question of "mastering" , it's just a matter of how independent or serious you actually are. Actually types are often really serious, more so than logical types. Being serious can be just another way of using .
As for fictional SEIs: Oblonsky from Anna Karenina.
Andy Warhol: IEI maybe? (INFp, whatever)
Finn Hudson on Glee; he isn't the stereotype of SEI but I can't see him as anything else nonetheless.
Maybe Andy Sachs in The Devil Wears Prada
but yeah, Hollywood does seem to use SEI's as the stereotypical quarky best friend and stuff a lot

Captain Justy Ueki Tylor! Idiot Savant or the most epic Guile Hero ever? Nobody will ever know.
Oh, and Sanji:
(note: Tylor is not comic relief because if he is, the entire show is one massive exercise in comic relief. Sanji could be considered comic relief, but he's Badass enough to not fully count.)
In real life examples, one could make the argument for the economist Paul Krugman. Certainly Ti-valuing and Ne/Si - the conventional wisdom would be ILE, but he seems to me in interviews to be rather clearly IP temperament. Plus he tends to focus (excessively, in my view, not sharing his New Keynesian sympathies) on the "human" element of public policy economics, as opposed to the theoretical, philosophical, logically-deductive element.

I believe I've found a character that fits.
The Greedy from Raggedy Ann.
A monster of eldritch horror: a sentient being made out of taffy possibly miles deep that dwells in a massive pit where he has stored cakes, cookies, lollies, and sweets of all kinds, which he eats constantly, without ceasing. Yes, it's sentient candy that eats other candy. He's eminently polite to our heroes until they try to deny him the one and only thing he wants: love. Or, at least, what he understands as love. Then he tries to murder them by drowning them in taffy.
No I am not making this up, this was a thing.
She's kind of a housewife in her own right, but she's technically just a time-travelling moefest - Mikuru Asahina:
She's really an outright SEI exemplar, as my avatar character is for IEI. SEI-Si in accepting/producing, H-SEI in DCNH, SEI-Si in Gulenko's 8 subtypes, and SEI-SEI in dual-type.
Oh, and a non-anime fictional example, Johnny Depp's depiction of the Mad Hatter (the cartoon one was more of a crazy ESE than anything):
