Or which sports do you like to do.

As a kid I played baseball and had a high batting average. I also liked skateboarding, kickboxing, and track. These days I enjoy biking, hiking, XC skiing, and snowboarding.

Not excelling at any sport actually, but I'm not so bad either. I'm not very good at sports which require good coordination. I really like hiking.

I also enjoy spotting inappropriate apostrophes like the one used in this thread topic to pluralize ILI.

-I like to play tennis weekly w/ a friend. Played tennis in high school. I think I am average, but that turns out to be pretty good, since not a lot of people know how to play this sport.

-I played soccer in high school, and I still play some pick up games with the local foreigners. Indoor soccer is awesome.

-I am trying to get better at golf, I can only play Par-3 competitively. My game goes to hell once I play on a regular course. Still working on that one, and I can't wait till the weather gets better to work on my game. The only downside to this sport is the $$$.

-Played intramural flag football in colllege.

-I have a weight bench at my house and I like to bodybuild. In a sense, dieting becomes a sport. It forces my mind to keep attuned to the physical world every couple hours.

-I am getting a Jui-Jitsu book for Christmas, and am looking forward to learning something out of that. My INFp friend is into MMA and I figure that is something I can pick up rather easily.

All in all, sports are really important in my life, and I'd like to think it helps keep my sanity.

Cycling. I've ridden pretty much every day for the last 3.5 years. I went ~28 miles one day. I feel more normal on my bike, riding, than walking off it, now.

I don't do as well with sports that require interaction with a team of people.

Weightlifting, trading off spotting with my guy friend, was great.

I do like repetitive, taxing sports that allow for mental drift, as this article author states:

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Since this thread was necro'd, I used to do cross country with enjoyment. I played basketball for four or five years but derived no enjoyment from that. Paintball and airsoft have always been fun, but depending on who you talk to they may or may not be 'sports.'

I roll in a oil drum to get there, it is faster but the store owner thinks I want to rob the place every time.

Although I didn't play sports, like on a high school team(much too asocial for that), I loved certain sports activities with my friends. We played baseball, basketball, and street hockey together. None of us were particulary good; just a bunch of nerds trying to play sports together, but it was fun. I also enjoyed solo activities that allowed me to perfect/hone certain skills; like making the perfect three point shot, getting strikes while bowling, or ringers while playing horseshoes. My stepdad and brother are Se dominants, and were much better at these kind of tasks. I put most of my time into reading books and doing homework, I was much better at those types of activities.
Important to note! People who share "indentical" socionics TIMs won't necessarily appear to be very similar, since they have have different backgrounds, experiences, capabilities, genetics, as well as different types in other typological systems (enneagram, instinctual variants, etc.) all of which also have a sway on compatibility and identification. Thus, Socionics type "identicals" won't necessarily be identical i.e. highly similar to each other, and not all people of "dual" types will seem interesting, attractive and appealing to each other.

From my experiences, it seems ILIs are more inclined to pick 1-3 sports they really love and perfect those. Perfect the intellectual strategy, and master subtle nuances, as opposed to working on improving their speed and being 'athletic' for all sports.

I have an LIE friend, to give an example of Te & Ni in sports, who, when playing basketball, approached the game from the most intellectual perspective possible. He picked up on what people's subtle nuances were, how they scored points, which hand they favored, what aspect of their game they relied on when things go rough - using their power, speed, passing, shooting, etc., and then he would think contextually of how to capitalize on their tendencies, and match his strengths against their weaknesses.

It was surprising. My LIE friend, in basketball, was maybe 5'9", and appeared relatively nerdy with his glasses. But he had quick speed, could dunk at one point in college, and would school guys who were 6'1" and 6'2", and they would be speechless.

I think ILIs approach sports relatively similarly. Thinking of ways to match their strengths against others' weaknesses, not necessarily to just 'be athletic' or utilize pure strength and speed without some cerebral strategizing going on.
Your conclusions make a lot of sense. If I was playing a game of basketball in gym class, or with my friends, I would try to focus solely on positioning myself to make a three pointer. I would rather pass the ball than try to drive it toward the hoop. Too much Se needed for that! In gymn, the kids that were really good at basketball in general were impressed at some of the shots I made,
