no way (well it loses funny points then ) although actually no because the name of the person who invented LINUX is in the article as having invented "LUNIX" so the funny points have come back.

I've read through about half of the resposes to that article (from it's page) and lol@ all the teenage "experts" who completely miss the irony of the article and instead go off on tirades over how stupid the author, and america, is and go on to refute the article point by point (all the while missing their own supidity in not realizing that the article is satire)

also... lol that nobody notices that the "author" is a long winded "perfect" father with six kids, a wife named Carol, a hacker son named Peter, and a youngest daughter named Cindy who's a tatle tale.

    8. Is your son obsessed with "Lunix"?

BSD, Lunix, Debian and Mandrake are all versions of an illegal hacker operation system, invented by a Soviet computer hacker named Linyos Torovoltos, before the Russians lost the Cold War.

    Ultimate win

    Oh and.

    I'm scared of hackers because...
    They hack into NASA 5%
    They steal things 4%
    They are violent sociopaths 4%
They use amphetamines and speed 7%
They help Osama Bin Laden 14%
    They're un-American 5%
    They smell bad 58%

Wow, I just read the first paragraph and this is already creeping me out. Why does he think it would be good to control everything the child does/reads/watches? And he is also very humble... he probably has the finest family in the US.

Actually back when Quake was in vogue, most of that shit was pretty well true. There were four or five hackers/script kiddies at my HS.
