    Default Hello

    I’m back bitches!

Thought I’d post here since it’s been sooo long since my last activity and many members have moved on to better things.

I’ve lurked here occasionally for the past couple of months or so.
I’m under a different username, I’m not sure of my previous username, password, nor email and don’t want to bother looking for where I wrote them down. I think I lost them. I had deleted all my posts anyway before leaving.

Also I thought I was ISTp but I’m most definitely not. At least I got one type down.

    Welcome back.

I know a guy called Oxymoron from a political forum. Pretty sure he's IEI though.
What do these signs mean—, , etc.? Why cannot socionists use symbols Ne, Ni etc. as in MBTI? Just because they have somewhat different meaning. Socionics and MBTI, each in its own way, have slightly modified the original Jung's description of his 8 psychological types. For this reason, (Ne) is not exactly the same as Ne in MBTI.

Just one example: in MBTI, Se (extraverted sensing) is associated with life pleasures, excitement etc. By contrast, the socionic function (extraverted sensing) is first and foremost associated with control and expansion of personal space (which sometimes can manifest in excessive aagression, but often also manifests in a capability of managing lots of people and things).

For this reason, we consider comparison between MBTI types and socionic types by functions to be rather useless than useful.

    Thank you very much.

Well, I considered being INFp for a while. But I don’t know, I kinda suck with Fe I think.
