Do SLE-Tis await others' initiative in love?

Their emotional expression may appear somewhat forced as they prefer to await the initiative of others; afterwards are tender and attentive with an aim of improving sexual techniques. Their partner should be affectionate, attractive, merry and optimistic.

Do SLE-Tis await others' initiative in love? Is it because of major Fi-PoLR, their Ti being very strong and preferred, that they need this? I guess it's just Fe they are awaiting, yes?

Feelings in relationships are terrifying. Meaning SLEs, especially SLE-Tis with weaker Fe and stronger Fi (PoLR) will never trust the feelings of others, and not dare to let go, unless someone clearly shows, often through words, that they love you.

This paints a picture that is rather wrong. I mean it's technically correct but it sorta presents SLE-Tis as distrustful which isn't a universal sentiment. I would sooner go with uncaring or perhaps selfish; I know how I feel and that's enough for me, I don't need to know how you feel.

I had an encounter with one in which we really clicked but she had a boyfriend already. I got the feeling she was waiting on a signal for me so she could break it off with him but I never stepped up.

It seems they tend to hold back parts of themselves even in 'friendships' until the person proves himself worthy. After that then you have their undying devotion. Some Socionics description says they prefer to take control and establish relationships and keep them stimulated so as to not eventually fall apart [and feel the hurt from Fi HA].

Physicality in relationships is easy for SLEs. Meaning SLEs know if they want to touch or not, if they are allowed to touch or not, if the touch is sexual or friendly, etc.

So, random relationships, both sexual and in friendship, are easier to deal with than the real thing. It doesn't mean SLEs aren't interested in real relationships, or that they can't have them. It means that they don't trust others enough to believe in them - unless of course, the other person convinces them. I think that's why SLEs seem to want to marry the first and best person they find, or alternatively never seem to settle for anybody. Also, SLEs often tend to be extremely loyal to friends, as these things are true also for friendships. Random chats in the evenings with random people are easier to deal with than real longterm friendships.

This sums up my entire approach to relationships. Either I'm SLE or Mirrors are basically the same type.

Nope, I've never met her, but I'm kind of thinking LSI from what he tells me.
Apparently they have a lot of problems & fight all the time. He says she's cold, stubborn, not affectionate, alpha female, and she always has to be right about everything.

Not so sure about SLE Ti... But I think it both subtypes will definitely approach you & start things off if they find you interesting & attractive enough. What they really need/crave is love, affection & a 'go with the flow' mindset.
