    Cool I have arrived.

Hey everyone! Just got into this the other day, so still new to it. Thought I'd make this my first stop.

The other day? It's a long ride, and once you get off you'll never be the same.

Well, I'm an adult male who enjoys video games of all sorts, and really hates mayonnaise and mushrooms.

Welcome to the16types, Ace. (Shoot; now I'll be mentally confusing Ace with Aiss.) What's wrong with mayonaise?

Well, it's sort of.... disgusting. Not good for you either, but that's beside the point.
I'm open to all questions, if any will bother to ask. =D

It makes sandwiches go down easier. I used to eat plain mayonaise on bread. That was disgusting of me.

Most newbies start out by having people type them. Everyone needs a type, after all.

Well, no pictures. I don't like posting pics where anyone can see them. Call me paranoid.

And I've had one person type me before, but I think I'll keep my type a secret for now. =D

My mom is paranoid. I did allow one picture to be on this forum, though. http://www.the16types.info/vbulletin...childhood.html

Well, it would be cool if you created a "Type Me" thread, if you don't know for sure your type. Come on--we need to pigeonhole you.

Jeez, start out with a harder one, why don't you?

Well, off the top of my head, without taking much time to think about it, and in no particular order...

Pokemon - Loved these since I played my best friend's Silver version. They've only gotten better. It combines roleplay, collection/completionism, strategy, and a decent story for a very high quality game. Looking forward to Black/White next year.
Legend of Zelda - Loved all that I've played, with OOT/Majora's Mask being my favorites. Roleplay, exploration, collection/completionism, an even better story than pokemon most of the time, even if it is usually very straightforward. Sidequests galore for when you get bored of the main game, especially MM.
Metroid - Roleplay, exploration, c/c.... you starting to see a pattern?
Little to no story, in this one, surprisingly addictive. Surprisingly challenging as well.
DDR - Challenge, coordination, and music. Not necessarily in that order.
Advance Wars - It's like a giant game of chess. But with tanks, and battleships, and planes. So, pretty much... better. Outthink your opponent while minimizing your losses. Strategy.

These are subject to change at any time that I can think of a better one.

    You're okay.

Type still inconclusive, but really great reply, FWIW.

I sense much Nintendo love, and DDR's always good. (Is it popular now?)

Okay is good in my book. And as for the nintendo love, it's mostly due to the fact that those are the systems I own. I could go on, but won't unless asked. I'm glad to see that you're attempting to type me. I wonder how long it'll take, huh? =D
Questions, questions! Come on, bring it on!

    Cool

Hmm... I'm going to say that 'madness' is 'the state of being mad'
I'm pretty sure that the British consider it to mean the same thing as 'crazy'
A person who is 'mad' in that sense says or does things that would be considered highly unusual to 'normal' people. Of course, what is 'normal' is subjective.

Oh, and if it is not 'madness' then it must be SPARTA!

    More questions!!!! =DDDD

Oh, and hello to Typhon, Skeptic, Trevor, Director Abbie, Golden, Director Abbie, CILi, Golden, CILi, Crispy, and BlazingZulu.

    LOL
    -
    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE
