    Default After Two Years

I am finally making a type thread. Apparently not everyone agrees with my self-typing, so I decided to let the confused people discuss it. *behaves condescendingly toward everyone who disagrees with her*

    Go ahead and vote.

You're a sweet heart. I liked your version of LSE the most out of all LSE, there's no doubt about that.

Okay, what's with the goofballs who called me an IEI? I've never been called an intuitive before.

ROFL. Who called you an IEI? You're LSE, even though we get along well on the interwebz, I would say.
Not a rule, just a trend.

IEI. Probably Fe subtype. Pretty sure I'm E4, sexual instinctual type, fairly confident that I'm a 3 wing now, so: IEI-Fe E4w3 sx/so. Considering 3w4 now, but pretty sure that 4 fits the best.

    Yes 'a ma'am that's pretty music...

I am grateful for the mystery of the soul, because without it, there could be no contemplation, except of the mysteries of divinity, which are far more dangerous to get wrong.

Instead of actually like, getting out of themselves for a change and bothering to understand what other people are really like.
This is true, however I think people were just picking it because its opposite to her actual typing.

Actually, the best way to deal with such things would be having two people max in each quadra who know what they're talking about, that is, they come to a conclusion about one's type. Present it to the rest of participants. They agree or not. Saves time.

I see evidence of both and for Abbie, however I can't tell if her PoLR is or , so I'd have to keep my guess equally between ISTp and ESTj.

This is what I think too, unless someone wants to come out of the woodworks and justify her as INFp.

    why 1w2 instead of 1w9?

I can easily see a rational type. TJ works. I can see LSE.

I think you were the one who suggested she was a 1w2 sp/sx and she took that typing and hung on her signature ever since.

    anyway this is from mindheart.org.
Average 1/2 combines the dry, rational, practical concerns of type one with the wet, other-directedness of two. The emotional repression of one is somewhat balanced by the self-defined goodness and desire-to-please of two. 1/2s typically care more about appearance than 1/9, and because of their oneish perfectionism they often dress immaculately. The pride from their two-wing makes them more visibly sensitive to criticism than 1/9, although both subtypes are internally very hard on themselves. Unlike 2/1, they would usually rather do the right thing than please someone else, although they want to do both if possible.
Average 1/9 combines the perfectionism and judgment of type one with the withdrawal-from-stress of nine. Of all the subtypes, 1/9 is the driest. The emotions are generally the least available on the surface. The usual overall feeling is strict, rational, quiet practicality. The nine-wing makes them less likely to voice their critical views, unlike the more outspoken 1/2. 1/9 would rather act oneishly, from principled judgment, than withdraw into uncaring, nineish apathy like the softer 9/1, but both tendencies are present.
The bold part sounds more like her that she is an 1w2 over the more quiet and disciplined 1w9.

it seems like 1w9 is not likely an enneagram type for ESTj.

I looked at the description for the 2 and the description for the 9 and decided the former suited me and the latter did not.

Nope. I actually had more trouble deciding on a stacking than a wing. For a while I considered sx/sp.
