Ozzy makes more sense as an extrovert, especially in more sober moments. Take into account he's drugged a lot, so its probably not obvious at times. Though EPs aren't exactly balls-to-the-wall extroverted 24/7 anyway. Its not like EJs who are usually more constant about it.

But the idea is that in this case it's not about multitasking. Besides, it is rather popular than scientific, I don't take it for granted, although that would make sense considering that women are more adaptable.

At least there are two interpretations of the notion: working on multiple jobs at the same time, and working on multiple tasks in parallel. To easier make the difference, check two types of attention:
1 - Alternating attention
2 - Divided attention

The former - what can be concluded from the interview is a basis for typing Irrationals, especially Ep, while the latter is rather typical for Te/Fi Rational types. In the interview, Sharon clearly stated that she enters a job without knowing exactly what's "to be done" but adapting on-the-fly - typical Ep behavior - what Jarno suggested, in the end.

She also says it comes with being a woman.

Some points:

1. Jung said that Fe leading is quite exclusive to females. He also said that Ne leading is much more common in women.

2. He also said the Te leading is primarily male, however when Te leading manifests in women, it is predominantly the thinking associated with an intuitive mind. Do you think that ESTj or ENTj is better at multi-tasking?

I think Sharon Osborne might be ENFj or ENFp or ESFp. I'm moved towards ESFp however due to her demonstrating P traits in her approach and appearance being less Ne. Se leading is afaik more of a male trait. She seems sort of 'guy-ish', like a ladette, so Se leading is possible. Also a bit too communicative to be ESTp who at least in females try to live some more in the shadows (see Jessica Alba, I suppose, although that's a weak point). However, she does look like ENFj, and some EJ-Ni types don't look all that 'feminine', nor act it. Incidentally I think I read somewhere that ENFjs can seem the most 'P' like. Also could tie in with the multitasking.
