Presented is a two pronged strategy for the emergence of socionics into the scientific mainstream. The strategy calls for the creation of two teams A (for advance) and B.
ADVANCE TEAM
The A-Team is a lose confederation of psychology professionals who share the common aim of establishing socionics as a credible branch of psychology. The chief purpose of A-Team is to use federal grant moneys and charitable donations (possibly also commercial side ventures) to conduct research which affirms theories created by the B-Team.
B-TEAM
B-Team is the development arm of socionics. B-Team consists of all people who have an interest in socionics, including A-Team itself. The primary task of B-team is to submit articles to socionics journals, and in general to increase and refine the scope of socionics knowledge.
CURRENT STATUS
Most of the more knowledgeable people in the community are included in B-Team. A-Team consists of every socionist who has a baccalaureate in psychology and is doing research to prove the theory using empirical methods. As such, A-Team is basically non-existent, aside from surveys and samples.
According to Gulenko, Boukalov controls the system by which one obtains certification as a socionist. What we need to do is get in touch with Boukalov, as a group, and inform him that we are interesting in obtaining baccalaureate degrees in socionics. This will allow us to submit papers for his review.
