Your result for The Socionics Personality Type Test ...

    The Mentor (EIE)

    You scored 24% ILE, 30% LII, 43% SEI, 30% ESE, 18% SLE, 24% LSI, 55% IEI, 57% EIE, 44% SEE, 35% ESI, 52% ILI, 33% LIE, 54% IEE, 37% EII, 25% SLI, and 10% LSE!
EIEs are naturally animate and passionate and are skilled at generating liveliness and excitement. They believe that people need to be emotionally involved in life, not distant or indifferent to the important things that are happening.
EIEs often hold strong views about governance and social custom, though their beliefs stem from the interests of their close emotional relationships.
EIEs like to involve people in interaction and create groups based around a shared experience. They tend to try to continually broaden these groups and engage people who seem to be on the sidelines.

lol at least you got the percentages at the bottom...looks like you got ILI first with 50%.

The test only gives you a proper description if you get more than 50% on any one type.

    grumble

I couldn't help it, it was just too many words. On half of those questions I ended up feeling like I was trying to choke down a mouthful of giant stale and dry sandwich with no drink. I just couldn't make myself chew anymore to get it down.

I'm sticking with the tried and true method where it's fast, painless, and you never fail to get an answer.

I want to know about this question:

"I tend to feel capable of achieving my goals, but hesitate on whether the path I choose is the right one. In these cases I need to feel the support of others in order to be motivated to finally choose. I like to be involved in competitive and challenging endeavors and to see my will and personal power develop as I overcome obstacles together with other people. "

The only shitty part was the questions distinguishing between Fe and Fi. Total crap.

"Fi types want relationships; Fe types want fun"

    blah blah blah

I am Fi ignoring, and there is nothing more important to me than my relationships.

That is applicable to EIEs and LIEs, being a description of Se HA:

hmm, I tried to make it more neutral sounding where I could (which is why many of the statements are lengthy, with a slight disclaimer) - also I tried to make sure the types were split up in different ways so that there were several opportunities to get the points in. I'm not completely confident about all this, but I thought it was a comprehensive test - you might feel slightly uneasier in some parts, but the test accounts for that.

it could have been worse. (I'm really glad now I listed the number of questions at the beginning).

ok, i think that's the first test that's said i'm IEI

Your result for The Socionics Personality Type Test ...
    The Romantic (IEI)

    You scored 29% ILE, 37% LII, 40% SEI, 48% ESE, 50% SLE, 36% LSI, 52% IEI, 50% EIE, 37% SEE, 33% ESI, 43% ILI, 38% LIE, 29% IEE, 24% EII, 20% SLI, and 33% LSE!

IEIs perceive, process, and produce information concerning trends and patterns over time most intensively. They constantly and inadvertently make judgments, assessments, and assumptions about relationships based on what they see as recurring trends from past behavior.

They tend to understand the underlying dynamics of situations, people, etc., but may not be able to readily verbalize these insights since they are so internal and conceptual. IEIs are very imaginative people who tend to be mystical and dreamy. Their gentle demeanor does not cast them as particularly rebellious, but their obscure desires are often a far cry from those of the typical person.

IEIs interact most favourably with SLEs

    The Seeker (ILE)

    You scored 80% ILE, 70% LII, 31% SEI, 20% ESE, 40% SLE, 48% LSI, 43% IEI, 33% EIE, 23% SEE, 12% ESI, 45% ILI, 43% LIE, 46% IEE, 37% EII, 23% SLI, and 23% LSE!

The ILE is typically a "big picture" kind of person, and tends to speak in generalizations about both people and things, omitting any details he deems mundane or uninteresting. He is acutely aware of what interests and what bores him. This leads him to always search for novelty and surprising things.
At any given moment, the ILE usually has a number of projects and/or skills that he is working on developing, and stays with these interests as long as he feels they have potential for growth. The ILE gets bored easily with rote tasks that do involve lots of repetition and little innovation, although he tolerates them if they are necessary to succeed in society.
ILEs interact most favourably with SEIs

(For the full type description, go to wikisocion.org)

Your Analysis (Vertical line = Average)

    • You scored 70% on LII, higher than 95% of your peers.

    • You scored 80% on ILE, higher than 95% of your peers.

    • You scored 31% on SEI, higher than 40% of your peers.

    • You scored 20% on ESE, higher than 15% of your peers.

    • You scored 48% on LSI, higher than 85% of your peers.

    • You scored 40% on SLE, higher than 75% of your peers.

    • You scored 33% on EIE, higher than 35% of your peers.

    • You scored 43% on IEI, higher than 45% of your peers.

    • You scored 12% on ESI, higher than 5% of your peers.

    • You scored 23% on SEE, higher than 25% of your peers.

    • You scored 43% on LIE, higher than 60% of your peers.

    • You scored 45% on ILI, higher than 55% of your peers.

    • You scored 37% on EII, higher than 60% of your peers.

    • You scored 46% on IEE, higher than 65% of your peers.

    • You scored 23% on LSE, higher than 40% of your peers.

    • You scored 23% on SLI, higher than 20% of your peers.
Well, it's almost right. I don't think I'm ILE because I doubt an ILE would have the attention span to finish the test.

Hmm... pretty good test I think. Unsure about IEI (it's certainly more likely than alpha or delta.) The description sure fits me.

(For the full type description, go to wikisocion.org)
There were some direct Ti vs Te questions, I feel intuitively from studying and experience, where I chose mostly what I thought in accordance to what I related to, that was also how I see Te. But there were also questions that were kind of middle-of-the-field logic, that so happened to be more applied to Ti, that I don't know an ILI would adhere either or to, so I chose the best I could there. I chose an answer that dealt with the emotional atmosphere, because it talked about "avoiding" various things about the emotional atmosphere. And there was also an Fe-PoLR answer I didn't relate to as much as this other one on the list, so I missed that opportunity.

I like how it mostly explained Ni, at a basic realistic level, and most of the questions I think were alright despite some of them not being as effective during and after the process as I would have hoped Good work though, sub.

    The Observer (ILI)

    You scored 41% ILE, 35% LII, 17% SEI, 11% ESE, 20% SLE, 24% LSI, 50% IEI, 38% EIE, 14% SEE, 12% ESI, 78% ILI, 64% LIE, 29% IEE, 22% EII, 41% SLI, and 32% LSE!

ILIs often have well-developed imaginative abilities, frequently engaging in mental wanderings. They can spend a great deal of time simply thinking and may appear to live 'in their heads'. They can be prone to excessive daydreaming, creation of intricate inner worlds or universes, or considering the past or future. ILIs may even have novelistic tendencies with the ability to create intricate plots, characters and places. ILIs, however, are not necessarily inclined to share their imagination with others.

ILIs interact most favourably with SEEs.

I skipped a few questions that were too obvious to avoid bias.

Your result for The Socionics Personality Type Test ...
    The Psychologist (IEE)

    You scored 39% ILE, 28% LII, 55% SEI, 43% ESE, 35% SLE, 19% LSI, 40% IEI, 43% EIE, 52% SEE, 51% ESI, 29% ILI, 23% LIE, 62% IEE, 41% EII, 27% SLI, and 32% LSE!

The IEE is particularly sensitive to and observant of manifestations of spontaneity, social awkwardness, and psychological compatibility or incompatibility. This comes from being able to perceive who people really are as well as their sensitivity to people's feelings and emotional state.

This sensitivity makes the IEE very choosy of social situations – whom to interact with, what group to hang out with, how much time to spend with which people, etc. IEEs are likely to vocally criticize social atmospheres that they regard as strained, stifling, or stilted. IEEs tend to comment a lot on people's personalities and social situations and share insights on possible causes of people's relationships, behavior, and life.

IEEs interact most favourably with SLIs

    The Empath (EII)

    You scored 59% ILE, 42% LII, 26% SEI, 36% ESE, 28% SLE, 24% LSI, 38% IEI, 50% EIE, 50% SEE, 49% ESI, 36% ILI, 41% LIE, 71% IEE, 73% EII, 24% SLI, and 24% LSE!

EIIs have a strong personal value system and strive to embody their own ideals. EIIs are very attuned to the psychological atmosphere of interaction and to their own feelings towards people and things.

They treasure deep feelings of attachment and strive to deepen emotional bonds between people and harmonize relationships. When those people that the EII is close to suffer emotionally, the EII will do everything in her power to raise the emotional condition in the individual, often at the EII's expense.

EIIs interact most favourably with LSEs

Hmm, I'm disappointed with the results so far. I dunno if answer questions on non-Ego block function positions has affected the test - I'll have to consider making a test that utilises just Ego block descriptions and\or basic type descriptions.

Very good question: I personally believe healthy types don't utilize their Super-ego or super-id functions a lot. Does the test provide you raw data, so you could experiment a bit?

    I came out:

    The Seeker (ILE)

    You scored 83% ILE, 58% LII, 24% SEI, 30% ESE, 53% SLE, 31% LSI, 40% IEI, 43% EIE, 32% SEE, 14% ESI, 40% ILI, 36% LIE, 60% IEE, 39% EII, 22% SLI, and 22% LSE!

Out of my answers above 50% I have 3 of the 4 Ne egos, 3 of the 4 Ti Egos and 3 of the 4 EPs.

I had problems with questions 16 and 17 and couldn't really answer them. Or I guess I didn't have problems so much as there was no answer that really reflected me. That said, it seems as though there were legitimately questions where all types were not encompassed which is a pretty interesting approach. It sort of requires you to be particularly thoughtful of your answers and to respond honestly. Curious what those questions represented.

Some of the questions contrast brief type descriptions with each other, some contrast 4th and 6th function descriptions, and so on - I thought that if for example, a person selected the option related to Se HA, they should get 2 points for EIE and LIE, and 1 point each for IEI and ILI (it may be disputable giving points to mirror types, but as I did it it for all the questions, it should have balanced out).

as for raw data, the test doesn't give me that - but yes, it's be certainly interesting to do some research into it.

I may well go over the details of the test in another thread sometime.

Default took it again cause i'm moody!

Your result for The Socionics Personality Type Test ...

    The Romantic (IEI)
    You scored 22% ILE, 30% LII, 43% SEI, 34% ESE, 18% SLE, 21% LSI, 64% IEI, 57% EIE, 34% SEE, 37% ESI, 53% ILI, 39% LIE, 40% IEE, 41% EII, 22% SLI, and 17% LSE!

    That took forever...

    The Inspector (LSI)

    You scored 32% ILE, 51% LII, 36% SEI, 30% ESE, 53% SLE, 81% LSI, 17% IEI, 12% EIE, 32% SEE, 47% ESI, 33% ILI, 36% LIE, 12% IEE, 24% EII, 49% SLI, and 49% LSE!

LSIs have a strong command of how various systems, structures, and hierarchies around them work, and always have a clear idea of how to implement them and improve them. LSIs quickly and easily determine what is correct and incorrect according to the systems they are familiar with.

LSIs tend to logically analyze just about everything — even close relationships. LSIs view their partners and other members of their household as part of a system which should have a certain structure and order to it. Everything in this system should run like clockwork — scheduling, daily routines, responsibilities in the relationship, and household management.

LSIs interact most favourably with EIEs

I've scored SLI, IEI, SLE and LSI on socionics tests. My type is one of those, at least.

    The Conqueror (SLE)

    You scored 39% ILE, 35% LII, 40% SEI, 34% ESE, 55% SLE, 48% LSI, 29% IEI, 29% EIE, 34% SEE, 40% ESI, 33% ILI, 20% LIE, 26% IEE, 20% EII, 34% SLI, and 24% LSE!

SLEs are strong-willed, independently-minded individuals who are able to recognize levels of willpower and motivation in others. They are almost always collected and ready for action. They are adept at organizing others effectively towards any given objective, and have no problem "getting the job done," even if it requires stepping on a few toes.
They will take the initiative and act at the opportune moment. SLEs will often act without complete information, improvising as they go, but are successful nonetheless. Instability energizes them, as they are active people who think clearly on the move and tend to be unsatisfied with a stationary, peaceful lifestyle.
SLEs interact most favourably with IEIs
