"church fantacism?" How does that have anything to do with type. Yes, religion is a factor that makes up the personality, but type does not equal personality, now does it? Totally separate from type.

And I'm too much of a social-phobe in group settings to be ESE, too much all over the place for my taste. I'll stick with LSI. Thanks for the help though.

Your outburst and misinterpretation points me again to ESE. You're welcome .
(and please, don't get pissed and resolute, we're just talking)

Well for me, I didn't like how you put the word "fanaticism" next to church. Fanaticism has negative connotations for me. Would LSIs talk like that with role? I thought they'd be more cautious. I usually react negatively when people say things that I don't agree with, or just come off as rude/ignorant.

And I apologize if I'm coming off as outbursting or pissed...Just disagreeing.

I agree with your SEI observations...They are pretty laid back with that kind of stuff.

And sure, you can believe I'm ESE. (but why would I feel uncomfortable in groups? Wouldn't it come easy with base? You didn't address this from the previous post)

I knew a girl who typed herself as ISTJ in Myers-Briggs who's quite religious. (Some people might think that she's an ISTp/SLI in Socionics due to her typing as ISTJ in Myers-Briggs.) Yet she loved movies like 500 Days of Summer and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. She liked indie pop (music) like Emily Haines/Metric and The Temper Trap's "Sweet Disposition" [to give a song example]. And she wasn't religious all her life: before she did an about face, she was a staunch atheist and follower of Richard Dawkins [The God Delusion].
She's a very intelligent young woman, had very good grades, got a scholarship... She possesses a vast vocabulary, she is quite learned in a lot of areas, and she has a strong faith and belief in God and her religion. I think I recall her saying that she believes Richard Dawkins to be a rather angry person (or fueled by anger).
At first she tested as INTJ in MBTI, yet she related more to the ISTJ description. She considers herself reserved (and shy); and after awhile she got tired of my (socially challenged) discussions of Socionics and typology. She considers it hokey [I think that was the word she used; I'm not 100% sure] and pseudo-scientific, and she felt that it was "toxic" for me. Essentially, with "fun" being the only word that's paraphrased, she said I need to find the "fun".
I could potentially see her as an ISTj [positivist], whereas I'm an [or might be an] ESTp [negativist]. She said that I look sad, and she told me to be happy [that was constructive criticism I suppose]. Other people didn't always like her too much, and felt that she was a "bully" in some ways, or too controlling; and some people were angered by her.
I see her as an individual with no less and no more problems than the average person, possessing a sharp intellectual acumen [unlike myself], and firm in her faith and principles, yet flexible enough to allow for momentary lapses and remark, "God will forgive me."
“Must get that Capel street library book renewed or they’ll write to
Kearney, my garantor. Reincarnation: that’s the word.

    — Some people believe, he said, that we go on living in another body
after death, that we lived before. They call it reincarnation. That we all lived
before on the earth thousands of years ago or some other planet. They say we
have forgotten it. Some say they remember their past lives.

The sluggish cream wound curdling spirals through her tea. Better remind
her of the word: metempsychosis. An example would be better.”

Lazybones, what are you basing your self-typing off of? Any type or information element descriptions?

My wanting to criticize the fuck out of you makes me think ESE as well.
