    Default Empirical studies on DCHN?

I'm writing a paper on management, and I thought I'd include something about DCNH in as far as it relates to hiring people who won't turn around and start their own businesses with the training they learn from skilled artisans. Specifically, it seems to me like Ds will always try to go it alone, while Ns will try to stay where they are at and work their way up the ranks. It'd be nice though, if I could cite a study demonstrating the importance of the model. Can anyone think of such a study?

That seems to be kind of risky, I mean, citing such a controversial theory in a paper.

Well it's in a journal so why does it matter? Besides, she'll probably be interested.

DCNH really isn't controversial: its validity is demonstrated by 9/10 profiles on OKCupid. "I want a guy who will make me laugh" is usually a C crying an H. "I want a guy who is dependable" is usually a D calling for an N.

I thought it was DCNH, in that order.

I've never heard of any such study, myself, and I've read everything I can find on the subject. Certainly nothing that could be cited in a paper. :/

This study seems at least partially empirical:

    Socionics, Mentology and Personality Psychology
    nr 6/2007

    Gulenko V.V.
The theory of subtypes: system DCNH

Subtypes of the person are allocated and described: prepotent, creative, normalized and harmonising. The understanding of subtypes gives the chance to describe more differentialy displays of types of the person and their specificity intertype relationships. Application of the theory of subtypes is described on an example of the analysis of a school class.

The study itself is probably only in the journal. Not on the internet

I propose reversing the order. HNCD. The dominants already think they're self-important, it won't hurt them to be last for a change. The H's are often overlooked, like the Hufflepuffs in Hogwarts. Let the H's be first for once.
