It is only in the case of ESFp and perhaps ESTp that I find the subtypes relevant -- basically it's very -focused people that I'm wary about.

EDIT: only after writing down this list - based on IRL experience rather than theory - did I realize that probably one of the things that annoy me the most is socionics irrationality.

Also -- the "neutral" types are those of whom I know examples of both and good relationships, so it's the average that's "neutral".

    Very Good
INTP: I get along very well with them. Their logical reasoning gives me different insight. I find that we are similiar in that we're reserved and sometimes 'dark'. I completely trust them for some reason.

    Very Good
ESFJ: I think that's my best friend. We get along well for some reason mostly because we are very very comfortable around each other. Whenever I see her, I feel safe and relaxed. We don't usually judge each other. Sometimes we do argue because she's very traditional while I'm very not and it irritates me the way she's bossy but overall, we get along and I can see us friends till we're old and gray. She's the type who overachieves and everyone likes her more because she's pretty outgoing which annoys me too because I feel inferior.

    Good
ISTJ: I know a guy who's like a brother to me. I trust him too, I find him funny and sarcastic, responsible and caring and really a duty-fulfiller.

    Good
INXP: She's one of my online friends. We're compatible and I met her once in the city. She's very talkative and we get giggly. I can see myself being her friend if only we live close together. I do question how she sees things though because she's the type who doesn't argue or anything so I wonder where her loyalty is.

    Dramatic
ESTP: I admire ESTPs and wish I have some of that ambition and determination. But I do have a tough time trusting them, also I feel inferior and that makes me uncomfortable.

It depends on how well I know the people.

    For aquaintances:

    Very good:
    ISFj, ENTj, INFp

These are the people with whom I have a very easy first contact and the relationships feel natural at first

    Good:
    ESTj, ISTj, INFj, ENFp

I have a good first contact and can get along well socially or in work settings.

    Neutral:
    ESFj, ENFj, INTj, INTp, ISFp

Nothing really good or nothing really bad at first.

    Bad:
    ISTp

    Very akward first contacts.

    Unpredictable:
    ESFp, ESTp, ENTp

Fluctuate from being fun to pissing me off seriously

    In the long run:

    Very good:
    ENTj, ISFj, ESTj, ISTj, INTp

    Good:
    ESTp, ESFp, INFp

    Neutral:
    ESFj, ENFj, INFj, ENTp, INTj

    Awful:
    ISFp, ISTp

I do not think I give this impression (if I am ENFj). However, the only other ENFj (tested, he knew what I was referring to, met him in some business class) I knew was such for sure acted like this towards me. I found him annoying because he wasnt actually listening to what I was saying but talking over me. Conversation should be a two way street... sigh.

    Let's compare...
I wish this question could be answered and I could know the comprehensive scope of such human dynamics. This is the only way I know how to compare. I'll share this:

ISFj's, ENTj's have like...no use for my conclusions
and/or open-ended questions! Gaw! They totally dominate me.

ESTj's, INFj's have like...a grip on my behavior.
When I'm being all "Fe" trying to slyly/quietly motivate
people into doing something I wish them to experience...
they get all like..."Get off me bitch, I know what I want."
I can feel it in their silent treatment.

Those two above are the most turbulent for me. Especially when paired up together. Which is the case IRL.

ENFp's, have...a weird effect on me.
I can listen to them for hours on end.
I am intrigued by their observations because it seems they are always taking into account stuff I don't.
And I'm prone to distrust their conclusions.
    I enjoy debates with them.
Especially when I'm able to actually GET their reasoning.

    INTp's, I'm fascinated by them.
I enjoy listening to them, yet I don't REALLY
    want to CONCENTRATE that MUCH.

INTj's- They make me feel valued/listened to.
I like being around them for that reason.
They are very patient with me.

ESFj's- Such work-aholics! OMG, how big is your to do list!?
They are waaaaay too turbulent and fiery for me.
I feel like I want to POUR COLD WATER ON THEM.
    Relax them up.
That's the only way I can be next to them for long periods of time.

ENFj's- Hmm, they make me feel like they have better things to do, places to see.
Like their time is precious and I'm one of the lucky ones to be in their presence.

INFp's- I taught in the same classroom with one. I don't know how we got anything done! lol, we would spend so much time just throwing out ideas...and not really feeling good about implementing any of them. But time would run out and we'd do whatever sounded best. It was nice having someone who experienced the world similarly to me. We were totally giving each other moral support. Almost to the point of making excuses for each other. Thaaaatttt wasn't so good.

ESTp- The only type I would choose to be with 24/7. Calm, cool, not overly active (I can't be around such extraverted/active people (ESFj, ENTj, ESTj), too much for me, I'm waaaay low energy)

ESFp- They are like the...forbidden fruit for me. I know if I eat it I'll be in big trouble. But they are so tempting, with their cute little playfulness. I can't get enough of them, until they go off chasing some other cool thing. What??? I wasn't a permanent fixture in your life? What immature meanies. lol Oh, but so charming. Okay, okay, I'll get high with you and listen to you go off on a depressed rant. They share a lot more of their emotional world than ESTp's. That makes them a bit more colorful and eye-catching.

ISTp I stay away from them. The strong/silent combo intimidates me somewhat. They don't share and I don't share and that just weirds me out. I get all uncomfy with the silence.

ISFp- I admire their social skills. When we are in public, they always have a more sincere way of dealing with people. We have TONS of fun. OMG, FUN, FUN, FUN. Unless we are sharing all our insecurities.
    One of us: "I'm weak!"
    The other: "No you aren't"
Together: "No, we MUST be strong!"
Together: "What is wrong with us????!!!"

ISTj- I enjoy being with them because they are receptive to me. They show interest in me and we end up listening to each other's stories.
    lol this is cute.

i dont even know what this thread is asking.

Let me further explain. The ENFj is VERY sensitive to me during our one on one interactions. Some of the best times of my life have been marked by the convos we've shared. The brainstorming, the passion...totally. What I meant is that...I get a feeling that their interests are BIGGER and BROADER than mine. Hence I get the feeling that they always have bigger things/people/places on their mind. When I get their time/attention it's magical. I tell you, they make me feel like I am one of those GREAT things they have in mind. Just impressions. Totally subjective.
I've had the same experience. ENFjs make me feel like I should be a more proactive person... which probably is the case. It's frustrating to think that, as an INFp, my sycophantic tendencies inhibit my ability to actually make something more of myself than just everyone's best friend, lol. I think INFps get much too hung up on being likeable, and not enough on being interesting people.

I liked Pedro's scale, so I'm going to plagiarize him:
    - ISTj, INTj, ENTj, ENFj
    - ESTj, INTp, ENFp, INFj, ESTp
:| - ISFp, ESTj, ENTp, INFp
    - ESFp, ISTp
    - ISFj

I like talking to people that like talking about science. It's always a conversation that leads to a lot of 'i wonder's, 'what if's, 'we could's, or just a general exchange of knowledge. I don't like people who talk about art very much at all. it's a dull subject. If i was going to talk about art it would be about techniques, or strange idiosynchrosies in the artist's paint, and paint at the time, or the manufacture of paint at the time. Then I would gain interesting facts and connections, not just ear torment like "oh god, this is so beautiful! He was a genius!" That's dead dull.

I like people who aren't afraid of common sense. The other day I had the misfortune of hearing a very strange, and moronic conversation between two of my friends. They are both smokers(a subgroup of people that are never allowed to call anyone stupid) and were wondering aloud, unfortunately, if they play DDR enough will the excercise reverse the effects of their horrible habit? I was immediately reminded of lower-middle class housewives and I haven't been the same since. Of course
I didn't have the courtesy or crass attitude necessary to elaborate the lack of cognition in their train of thought, but goddamn..if I did...

    food for thought.

this is mostly based on not-close interactions. closer interactions leads to more turbulence with the ones i listed as "neutral."

It depends a lot on the individual, well, at least with ENTPs. They seem the most erratic to me. Some I can get along with fine, but then others are SO FUCKIN ANNOYING. Maybe these people just have a slight diseases though...

It seems I can get into conflicts with other IxxPs if we have different opinions on things.

ISFJs can be annoying sometimes as well.

ESFPs can be great if they're not too loud or bitchy.

As for the rest, ISFP is great, INFJ is on and off, ESFJ and ENTJ are fine, I'm starting to realize that ENFJ is not really that annoying (Christi and twoguns are not so bad ), ISTJ is wierd, ESTPs I feel more of a "correction" type of relation than an annoying one, and ENFPs are a blast. That's about it.
    MAYBE I'LL BREAK DOWN!!!

Maybe ENTps are so erratic to you partially because you seem to type more people as ENTp than any other type? Perhaps mistyping some?

    Just a thought.

Edit: This sounds smartass-like (especially the last line) but wasn't intended as such.

I just see too many individual differences to lump everyone together like that. Sorry.
IMO, I don't think this typing system is very helpful/advantageous to you. I think you have an ability to engage people's sense of righteousness/correct behavior without the knowledge of their type. You seem to be more attracted to another picture ie. seeing healthy/productive patterns emerge from individuals. It seems to me that you don't see much productivity involved in knowing someone's type because you already naturally always deal with people on an individual basis.
Is this why I am constantly annoyed with this forum? I always figured that this was created for those that were too underdeveloped to even understand other people. MBTI was at least useful for its creative purpose which was women in WW2.

I understand what you mean, generally using your instincts is great when dealing with people. Where i find socionics quite handy is if im in a relationship with somone like my father who is my conflictor. To understand his point of view helps me understand how to get on with him better which improves our relationship. My natural way of dealing with him is to get angry and argue with every point he makes.
