    Default Tattoos by Socionics Type

Are they Fi and Se? Fe and Si? Si and Te? Or not type-related, lol

Of the people you know who have tattoos (major ones, not wimpy little ankles or tiny stars on your shoulder), what type are they?

    Go.

I just realized I don't know anyone with major tattoos.

They're Fi because they're permanent and Se because they make a bold statement on the person's physical body. And I'm so going to get one.

Cpig told me he was going to get "I <3 Ludwig" on his bicep right between the "I <3 My Mommie" and "I Am A Sugar Daddy" ones. I told him that space wasn't big enough to represent his ardent love for Mises and advised him to get it on his butt.

I was thinking the same thing, dolphin! Fi because you have to know what you like without any wavering and Se because it's pain done to your body which requires a bold decision.

I like the spine tattoo look...when/if I get more, that's where it's going to be but probobly won't start so high up on the neck. All the tattoos I have I'm able to easily cover and I like it that way.

One night we got into a big argument... let's just say that a lot of things came out & I ended up pretty hurt by it. She's an incredibly private person & she's not at all good at expressing her emotions. I felt like I no longer knew who she was & that she was cutting me out, blah, blah. She was angry at me too, mostly because I was in a very dark place at the time.

The next day we both apologized and I told her I loved her. She just smiled & asked me to design a tattoo for her. This surprised me a lot. She wanted a dream catcher, so I sketched one out for her. She grabbed it and ran out the door before I could even finish it & told me that she didn't want me to come with her because she was going to spend that time with her friend. I was pissed lol. When I saw her later that day she had the dream catcher tattooed to her shoulder blade & had the words "My sis" added to it... It looked really elegant on her. Of course this put me in tears, hah. When I asked her why she got it, she simply said "Dream catchers have always reminded me of you".

If that's not , then I don't know what is.

If I ever get on the tattoo wagon, I'll do the same for my sister.

I doubt that I'd ever get a tattoo. How to choose something that I'm going to like for life?

yeah. I'd love to get one in theory. but how to choose? and how to know you'd never regret it? Also, i feel like tattoos are getting to be too popular and less special, in a way.

Probably not type related. But I'd like to think of tattoos as related to the Se-Ni pair.

You never know what you will or won't regret -- just go do it if you want to and as long as the choice is true to you, you can accept it as part of your experience, no matter what And if you do end up regretting it, well nothing is final until you're dead... and maybe not even then

I don't like tattoos or piercings. I mean yeah they're very interesting and personal to have, if you're a fucking first grader, but I don't think people who get them realize how ugly they are.

People who get tattoos everywhere fascinate me because I would never. I probably only would if I somehow encountered some symbol that meant everything to me to the extent that I want it permanently marking me which would be a rather serious situation of the kind I just don't see likely in my life. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to make up my mind about what kind of tattoo to get to begin with and then it would just be getting a tattoo for the sake of having a tattoo... so it really is interesting when people just get a new tattoo every two seconds. Well, I suppose that's a little neurotic of them. But I didn't mean to be solely talking about such people since the beginning of this post. Mainly tattoos on others are often fascinating to me (though it does of course depend on the who and what of it and all so not that I can really make any kind of blanket statement about it and wouldn't mean to give such an impression) and something that I'd just be very hesitant to do myself largely because I don't have a reason to. Of course that it's so permanent might bother me in and of itself. I think that some tattoos speak to moments of idiocy especially when later one wishes they'd never gotten that particular tattoo in the first place. And I change my mind frequently enough that I can't really see myself being happy with a fixed thing like that on me, of course I could possibly just ignore it entirely and just not even care. As I don't care now because it doesn't matter. I think I like Henna better as then I can just doodle all over myself and it will fade in a bit.

Anyway I'm sure people's tattoos could say something about their type, it all depends of course.
