Being unemployed for a year blew, but it gave me perspective.

Well.. the SLI busies himself with construction (in his secluded corner. lolz), the IEE handles business development, the IEI is in charge of internal staff relations, and they all handle design together. It works surprisingly well. Other than that, I think I'm just going to leave socionics at the door.

What about this set-up doesn't run along socionics rules??? I think them being successfully in business together is perfectly socionically explainable (you explained it yourself!). I dont see a conflict relation in there, and even if there were a conflictor present, there's a dual pair in there, which would make the dynamic a lot different from if the partners were, say, an IEE, LIE, and LSI.

and CONGRATS on your job!!! sounds like you will have a very pleasant work environment!! (hopefully doing something you enjoy!)

Oh. Oops, sorry. I'm really bad about making stupid statements and then just leaving.

We already have unpaid interns. And really, if you're looking for job stability, sanity, and a decent paycheck, architecture is not the place to look. Run far away. Preferably to engineering.

Awesome, congrats. I'm lucky enough to know how this feels. I work with two EIIs, a LII, and a LIE. It really makes all the difference in the workplace environment. Working with an SLE a few years ago suuuuuucked.
