Ugh. Freaking everything. SLEs suck, especially since I currently have no interest in becoming a better person.

Lack of Fi is annoying b/c when I don't have a clever Fe way of convincing them to do stuff, I'm pretty much just stuck, because they're not going to figure it out and do it on their own. Also, they can be kind of bossy. Like, seriously, dude? When did I become your assistant. Never? Oh, when, never? Yes, that's right, never? I think that problem is solved with a female dual, though, because I'll pretty much be her slave for sex. Or even the possibility of future sex. (Not really. I ain't crazy.)
Not a rule, just a trend.

IEI. Probably Fe subtype. Pretty sure I'm E4, sexual instinctual type, fairly confident that I'm a 3 wing now, so: IEI-Fe E4w3 sx/so. Considering 3w4 now, but pretty sure that 4 fits the best.

    Yes 'a ma'am that's pretty music...

I am grateful for the mystery of the soul, because without it, there could be no contemplation, except of the mysteries of divinity, which are far more dangerous to get wrong.

I really can't think of anything to hate. Maybe that they don't seem to make enough time for one on one.

They are manipulative at times, and what's worse is that sometimes people don't realise it (including the EIE who is doing it) and think the world of them.

I used to think mine was maybe 8w9 but now I'm thinking 7w8. (or 8w7 would work, lol)

I'm still trying to decide...that's why I want a bunch of EIIs to line up with diverse E-types. Far as I can discern at this point, I think I want a 6-4-1.

Why do you want a 4 in the triad or tritype or whatever? I'd imagine that LSEs would be annoyed by most four-ish qualities.

Also, speaking of triads, my idealized dual's enneagram chord is Imaj7, no 5. Your dual's is IV. Mine is III7, no third.

me either. I know one male and one female. I think they might both be E-1s. Of the highly annoying variety (no offense intended).

Because 8s are like 4s, just flipped inside out. And I'm 7ish enough for the both of us. I don't really need a push to go explore and do exciting things outside. I need a push to get off my ass and work towards whatever the goal is.

ISFps can be pretty guarded individuals (unless you impress them), same with ESFjs (unless you let them push you around)...

were you close to her though? I think IEIs seem fragile at first but at a closer distance, our inner strength becomes apparent.

For you? Just make sure you stay away from sx firsts! They spell nothing but trouble for the poor sp-first

    As for me...

Lol, it's a toughy. I think another sx/sp might be a bit stormy and intense for me. I think sx/sps in general seem to be really nerve-wracking experiences for anyone they consider close to them

I think I'll just say that my head isn't in the right place at the moment to be fantasising about types and stackings

@Starfall, I've actually inspired the impulse to protect in SLEs. Which I find rather comical, although I don't know that anyone would describe me as the strongest person they know.

Hmmm. Perhaps I painted the wrong picture.

Yes they do seem kinda fragile, but not so much that they are going to be broken but more-so that my relationship with them is easily damaged, not to say it can't be fixed. It's just that more often than not the fixing requires a certain amount of pride swallowing on my part which I'm not very inclined to do unless I really care for the person.

It's weird though because it's for that same reason I could see an intimate relationship between me and an IEI going very well. I like putting out fires.

I guess it depends on how much I like the person, If I don't care for them it's a nuisance if I do care for them then it's a blessing.

So basically victim-aggressor. Worth it if the person is worth it, if not, then not. Reminds me of a song about relationships (written by an LSI, btw).

It makes them feel good (unintentionally), and the good feel will make them see meaning in life and they'll slow down and even start to enjoy living, instead of constantly fighting, but THEY didn't make it happen. It means the SLE has lost control, and you know how important control is for the SLE. IEIs are like cryptonite for SLEs. Who can say anything positive about cryptonite?
Funny, I feel the same loss of control thing, except its internal control rather than external control. In fact, I was having this conversation with an SLE about how I was very selective about whose opinion I decided to care about, because if I care about your opinion then you have a measure of control over me, and I don't like other people having control of me. I like to always have the right to completely ignore whatever other people tell me to do/think/be/anything. When you let other people in you lose that right of refusal.

But yeah, it's always flattering when SLEs pretend that IEIs are "powerful" because we alone can get them to let their guards down. I don't really think it's true, but it's a lovely myth to credence.
