sigh. That's not quadra related at all. Like seriously at all. I know betas and even gammas that do the same thing. Certainly betas. Probably deltas too. It's more related to a gradual cultural shift that makes more room for homosociality or whatever it's called than previously, i.e., "acting gay," affection (especially ironized mock-affection that is nevertheless affection) between males who are not sexually attracted to one another, etc.
