What's cooler than same birthdays is having the same name as someone who is the same type. Way awesome.

Welcome Veronica! My name is Veronique and I'm also an ENTp

In socionics, there are 16 different types in four different groups called quadras, which suggests 4 types in each quadra, and each type has a certain relationship with the other 15.

If you are indeed ENTp, then you are in the alpha quadra. The relationship with the most theoretical comfort is with the ISFp who is also in the alpha quadra, all duals are in the same quadra. The theory is that you get along with people in your quadra the most, because of common mental functions and therefore common values(usually). Your relationship with the ISFp is called "duality". Hence, we would be duals.

There is a lot more I could say about functions and other theoretical stuffz, but I will spare you the headache.

Wikisocion is a good place to start. Socionics was thought up by an ENTp, so get to it.

    Exactly.

In case you are going by being MBTI ENTP, you should probably know it doesn't necessarily say anything about your socionics type, so keep an open mind in regard to this.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

ESEs and ILEs are both (at best) talkative, friendly, open minded and eat pizza.

BTW, I have a hard time telling apart some SEEs from LIEs. Specially because many of them wear suits and smile 99% of the time.

It's easy for me to tell; ESE are more likely to speak about current events in the news, where ILE are more likely to talk about different ideas and how they fit into the system; rather then focusing on the pages of what is happening, ILE will use the information in their arsenal of ideas. An ESE will look for ideas when something interests them, but are not always speaking about their ideas about this situation or that situation...so on and so forth. ESE would rather talk about and focus on the others and the feelings of others as they observe them. Trying to think of an Example:

My ILE friend was talking about talking to her ESE client; she said the ESE has a hard time letting go of their feelings and doing a business. She saw how she was far more proactive with ideas (she's a business life coach, giving prospective clients structure and agenda to help them start and maintain their own personal businesses); ESE, she says, are far more emotional then she is.

Being ILE, she says she's socially awkward, that she will say or do things where people will stay away from her. ESE are more social. She says she would need a friendly supplement like her dual, SEI, who is able to take her out and show her a fun time, as she can have the tendency to stay in and be anti-social.

ILE are always thinking about plans and planning as well, but then Ne is an activation of ESE, so that may be hard to fuzz apart. HuMMMM

Also, ILE need someone to take them out and are rather childlike in bed (that's kind of Ne related-I suppose). They are not hearty or physical, waiting for other's instructions or demands, in bed.

I have met some ESE chatterboxes as well as ESE non-chatterboxes.

The biggest chatter boxes I've met are actually LSE, SEE, EIE.

ESE actually have a very hard time explaining things and giving concrete directions because of weak Te, in this sense they can clam up or just give commands.

What is more consistent across ESE I've found is that they are vibrant, explosive, imposing, impressive and forceful. They are skilled at creating a open, exciting but comfortable environment.

They're actually quite untouched by some feelings(Fi-ignoring), but can be very good at reading others and manipulating others moods.

Necormancer has a supernatural ability to bring long-dead forum discussion threads back to life. After having been flogged to death the thread may have been deceased for many years, and bringing it back may have scant relevance to the current topic, yet Necromancer will unexpectedly exhume the thread’s rotting corpse, and strike horror in the forum as its grotesque form lurches into the discussion. The monster, instantly recognized by all who knew it in life, seems at first to breathe and have a pulse, but, alas, it is beyond Necromancer’s skill to fully restore the thread’s original vitality. The hideous apparition may frighten away some of the weaker Warriors or Warriors badly wounded in former battles, but the thread is only a shadow of its former self and very quickly expires.

Unlike Archivist, Necromancer compulsively saves every forum message in carefully preserved archives for future use in battle, while Necromancer collects departed threads merely for the thrill of resurrecting them. Some say he performs this unnatural act out of malice, others say he can’t help himself, but no one really knows.
