it's a blast. total FeSi or SiFe environment. really really fun. you smile all night and the body feeling is really cool. plus the music is honest and makes you open up and relax.

i go to these...and they are attended by loads of Ti types looking for release, plus a lot of SEI's and ESE's. it's almost an alpha microcosm.

ps you dont' have to know how to dance. they teach you and you get it.

Sounded like Dizzy Molly Trilogy. After looking it up and finding another video calling it that I'd say it's a safe bet that this is the name of the song. I had to learn how to square dance as a youngster in Tennessee so this seems like a bit of that with better music...haha.
