Thread: Alpha Facial Lures

    Default Alpha Facial Lures

How do you attract members of the correct club?

Putting things on your face. Being the childhood Quadra, we Alphas are naturally the closest to the animal kingdom, and visual displays are a noted strategy of our furry, scaly, slimy or exoskeletal brethren. In addition, humans (excluding Decisive males, who are more like beasts than animals) are naturally focused on the face during conversation, so it makes sense to place your displays there.

So, what sorts of things do you place on your face to grab the right sorts of attention?

Alpha SFs: easily distracted by bright, colourful, or shiny things. Stickers, face paint, swirling hypno-disks (trump card, use sparingly), or gaudy glasses frames.

    Alpha NTs: ???

    Ideas, people!

Alpha NTs: Develop a complicated theory about what kind of person they're looking for, then follow the plan. Unpredictable, unless they told you their "plan" in advance.

Anyhow, are you suggesting that Alpha NTs put shiny things on their faces?

Oooh, my bad. I was trying to come up with a list of things to put on your face to try and attract the given club. So, if you're an Alpha NT, put shiny distractions on your face.

I admit the girl I put under Alpha SF was probably a bit confusing.

    Alpha NT facial lures:

Those nerdy glasses with the thick black frame. Bonus point for it being taped together.

    Spock ears

    A Krig the Viking helmet

A really long nose, like Pinnochio!

Actually, I think I'd go for the shiny things myself, due to considering them evidence of an Alpha SF type.

    I have a horseface

This is why I wear glasses. They break up my nose and make my face look shorter and rounder, and the nose smaller and more bulbous. I think I look a bit more elegant without glasses, but less warm and friendly.

Alpha NTs put gloom on their face, which serves to attract Alpha SFs who enjoy correcting this imperfection. It gives Alpha SFs a blank canvas with which to work.

I find the woman's makeup in the OP to be fairly off-putting. I'm not a huge fan of putting things on one's face, whether it be heavy makeup or piercings or tattoos or whatever. Although strangely, I like scars. They imply an interesting story behind them, and make the person different from everyone else, without being pretentious. Unless you deliberately gave yourself the scar, which would be very pretentious and/or crazy.

Funny - an LII friend of mine likes scars too. I burned my wrist relatively badly a while ago, and I didn't get any sympathy from him whatsoever. haha He just looked at it and smiled - said that it was gonna to be a cool scar one day. lol

Scar stories are fun. Some are funny, while others are horrifying. But like you, I prefer to see what a woman looks like without her make-up. If it ever becomes a serious relationship that becomes something more, that will be the face that you have to wake up to every morning.

Krig, the point is that YOU put crap on your face to attract Alpha SFs. I think this thread is slowly proving that Alpha SFs need to have a void of onfaceput-things to attract Alpha NTs.

I put a beard on my face... however, according to Pinocchio, that won't work. Which is actually just fine, because the whole point was that I've stopped caring what other people think and I'll grow a beard if I damned well feel like it!

Generally one can attract me by being hawt as fuck.

This is usually done by not having much putontheface things. In fact, I'm not very fond of thingsputontheface.
