My best guess right now is IEI. The nice kind, not the insane strrrng or super duper insane crazedrat kind.
He's got the "quiet" Fe thing going, like he just wants to be polite and friendly to everyone while tagging along and enjoy everyone's company. He also has the "dreamy" Ni thing going.
I also think the big-boned face might be something that is common in IEIs, though I say this only tentatively.
It just keeps getting worse and worse. I thought the last doctor was bad (though I couldn't deny that he was very fitting given what I've surmised to be how some of the previous doctors were, and in the pre-Donna days it was a little better), but this one is even worse (and here I was thinking it might get better and I might feel inspired to watch the show again, but I knew it wouldn't, I just didn't know how it was going to end up turning out that way).

This middle class celebrity obsession has got to stop. There is nothing wrong with you. You do not need to be 'empowered' or uplifted. You could of course, try to make as much money as he does. But you actually care about people, and are genuinely empathetic and probably can't do that. Can you. CAN YOU?

You know people inside and out, and you have known everything, you have known everything except what can't be known. But you will eventually know even that, you're certain of it. You just have to stop that pesky Sam and Dolphin and his friends to do that, you have to get on their good side and trick them, somehow. But they are on to your game so you might as well just be a porn star. Sam still has a weakness for that.

No way is Matt Smith ILE. People just aren't very familiar with a really Te ILI who can appear ILE-ish. Closer examination, NOT. Also he was asked about his beautiful (probably SEI) costar who tons of fans find attractive and he basically said he just couldn't see it. He just sees her as "stupid face Karen." Rumors of them dating turned out to be totally false. And no way is he same type as Peter Capaldi.
David Tenant looks more Alpha than Delta but maybe IEE I guess...
EIE is plausible. I think he is IEE though.
