Whatever half a chore is I think I'd rather do that than the whole thing.

Once thing I've noticed with myself and other LIIs is that we can easily come up with several possible ways to interpret what someone may have meant by a certain saying. I've also found that LIIs will frequently ask for clarification: "What did you mean by ____________?" I think its because we want to know which of several interpretations the person we're communicating with meant.

No, but cats never give me comfort anyway. They always runaway when I try to dissect them.

Find me one and I'll find a person that likes to eat raw frogs.

It's an interesting taste either way. Although, I hear frog legs are fine when pickled.

Why I'm here: Wanna learn more of Socionics. And chew bubble gum and kick ass.
What do these signs mean—, , etc.? Why cannot socionists use symbols Ne, Ni etc. as in MBTI? Just because they have somewhat different meaning. Socionics and MBTI, each in its own way, have slightly modified the original Jung's description of his 8 psychological types. For this reason, (Ne) is not exactly the same as Ne in MBTI.

Just one example: in MBTI, Se (extraverted sensing) is associated with life pleasures, excitement etc. By contrast, the socionic function (extraverted sensing) is first and foremost associated with control and expansion of personal space (which sometimes can manifest in excessive aagression, but often also manifests in a capability of managing lots of people and things).

For this reason, we consider comparison between MBTI types and socionic types by functions to be rather useless than useful.

We're firm believers in the idea of "types" here. As far as I'm concerned, there could be some type that manifests itself as "Aleksei" on forums and the two profiles I've seen are actually two individuals entirely unaware of each other.

Rather far-fetched, I'll admit, but I had to check.

I feel we should have a Christmas-themed Census: we all leave for our home town, find an inn which has internet access, and then log on and respond to the poll. Person who logs on in the worst hotel gets to be the next leader of Socionics.

That's an insane self-description , why do you think you're "Chaotic Evil"? I thought no one was really evil these days.

    Thankyou.

What can I say? I get it on all the tests.
I suppose anyone who were actively (rather than philosophically) anything less Good or Lawful than True Neutral would be imprisoned given the far greater amount of policing compared to the world of D&D.

That's true, people these days are so boring without anyone evil to motivate us into more quests. So you consider yourself philosophically Chaotic Evil?

I've never had the patience nor the memory to remember all the Chinese Zodiac signs, but is that your apparent sign from tests, or your "actual" sign from date?
