The guy is all about shock value. Not an F type by any description. He has most of the negative traits that people immediately see in ESTps, but for some reason don't expect in the type he is despite they are only one function apart. He's ENTp.

I think you're right, he's probably ILE. From what I've seen, ESEs are usually more modulated in their use of Fe, whereas his is constantly on "full blast" in these videos. He seems to be the "clown" subtype of ILE.

What I mainly notice is that the ISFp girl doesn't always react perfectly well to him at all. There are times when she is visibly phased by what the guy does. Take for example that instance where she tries to tell a joke by means of a reference to some movie that the guy is supposed to guess at. She doesn't get a word in between of the guy's constant spraying and is practically brushed aside as a nuisance.
Kinda makes me think this is an ESTp-ISFp illusionary couple.

It doesn't step on people's toes or make enemies - all of these things are mistakes in Fe, not instances of positive usage. This guy needs someone around him to fix his ethical errors for him.
