    Default Typing by drawings

    Hello everybody!
I'd like to present you a kind of test. All that is needed is your own paintings and drawings. It bases on the position that intuits and sensors, rationals and irrationals (and so on ) will differently represent themselfs in drawings. For example.

It should be a drawing you made yourself. It can be everything. For example, you could draw just a tree or a house.

Well, it's alike saying about person's character by his handwriting. Lines, themes, the size of pictures...they are quite different...

Hmm. Socionics and graphology merging together. Interesting. It's like the marriage of theology with philosophy.

So, I would say N, prob. j. I would say and extravertion, because the drawings are very large and close to a viewer. But as they are not from your head I just say that F is much more likely than T.
    What do you think?

I love that picture with a little girl and a flower. Sarinana, you are a great artisit! And the first two pictures also made by you but you just make a copy from something or how could it be not from your head? Is it a girl with a flower just out of your head. She looks so real as if it would be a copy of a photo.
The favourite pictures of Absurd are very impressive. We shall wait and see what Cathie will say.

Other types I could be: ENFj, ENFp, ESFj. There is no way I could be Intuitive + Rational + EVEN CRAZIER thinking. Mostly because I know how other people see me. I could be ESFj or ENFj cause I have scared away INTp in real life.... not so long ago....just because I talked too much.
Eh I am not so great at understanding socionics. But well as much as I know ESFp is closest to the truth.

    To Olga:
I really love drawing people and just simple things that are related to them, tho I have never learned it... I have more drawings that are not on my pc. And all of them has something to do with people... all of them are realistic.
I usually draw something I've seen somewhere, like I've seen a girl and then I have a memory of her left in my head and so I come back home and I draw. Or for example the picture of the couple is from this movie that left me a huge impression.

This is really interesting. I'm a little sceptical as to how useful the picture would be when used in isolation but, I really wouldn't be surprised if it didn't contain something useful. Do you look for anything in particular? is there a method? is it instinctive? have you had a number of case studies that have been used for comparison?
Anyway here's my picture. I might find some that people I know have done as well.

sorry don't mean to be too intrusive, but this picture seems really interesting to me. can I ask why you drew it or what the nature of the phone call was?

And the flower in the top left hand corner, did you draw that at the same time?

And again I don't want to be too intrusive, so don't answer if you don't want to, but why did you never finish the one with the girl in it?

you're an awesome artist by the way. Don't know about type. The focus on the relationships between people in your pictures I would have thought indicated or maybe as an ego function.

well it looks like a load of rubbish falling on to a heart to me.
Including an upturned rose falling straight down.
I'd guess it cfould represent the pain of a failed relationship.
Feelings that all the crap relating to that are stopping the heart from beating freely.

I don't know much about drawing interpretations but that's wat I get.
I think the flower in the top left corner seems like a positive thing though.
The pot seems sturdy (EDIT: there isn't a pot!!! but the grass around it serves as a strong border, the image has a robust feel about it, although the stem of the flower doesn't connect to the bottom.. I'll shut up I'm talking rubbish) the strength of the line is less bold, perhaps that strength isn't immediately apparant (it's on the edge of the picture), but I think it's there.

I thought it was intersting that the picture of the child was never finished.
For me (and again I don't know, this is just a gut reaction) it could symbolise an inner child that never got to fully blossom. It's a beautiful picture anyway and I'm sure it will get finished when it ready to get finished.

I'm not sure how you'd be able to get a type from the picture. (I think the SLE one at the beginning of the thread was very intersting though, lots and lots of information was given, but in part that was because there were pictures with a very strong narrative)

Sorry about the observations anyway, I realise that trhey were not htat relevant to the actual thread, I just couldn't help myself.

You've got very interesting thoughts. Maybe unfinished picture is the sign of processer?
About your picture. It seems like an idea in his head, but he is sad. Prob. intuit and negativist. I'd say introvertion...
