    Default Bathing

What types might be inclined to say this.

"Why would I lie in my own filth" or "What I am I going to accomplish lying in a tub of my own filth."

Isn't the point of a bath to get clean? That wastes water to do it twice..

some people feel like they're sitting in dirt when they take a tub. so they rinse off. you know, kinda like doing the dishes.

Unless you order it the Japanese way, and wash with cold water first THEN have a hot soak. But I don't do that.
The washing water doesn't have to be cold, but this is basically right.

Anyways my brother takes baths instead of showering. He's also been convinced by my dad that sending dirty bath water down the drain is a waste of water. So instead, he leaves the bath water in the tub, gets a bucket or a hose attached to a pump, and dumps the dirty bath water onto the lawn.

Needless to say, the lawn looks terrible.

One time when I was like 12 I was put in charge of bathing a baby cousin. And my other cousin came in and said in a snotty voice "bathing is stewing in your own juices". It was greatly annoying and now everytime I hear people telling people how showers are so much better than baths I want to smack them.

Eh well.. I'd think that cleaning the bathroom weekly would take enough care of that. :-P

At least you'd know for sure that if you are in fact sitting in filth of some description, it's yours and not the bath's! :-P

When I take a bath, first I take a short shower to get off most of the dirt. I like bathing tho, especially after exercise.

I'm kind of like that... >.> Now what does that mean?
    ﴾ لَهُمْ دَارُ السَّلاَمِ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَهُوَ وَلِيُّهُمْ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿
"When you see an evil act you have to stop it with your hand.
If you can't, then at least speak out against it with your tongue.
If you can't, then at least you have to hate it with all your heart.
And this is the weakest of faith."
