    Default LIIs in film

    A Man for All Seasons

Trial Scene. Don't watch it if you don't want to spoil the film because the scene is at the end.

    Thomas More: LII
    Cromwell (Antagonist): LIE
Capitalism is the belief that the rich don't work hard when they don't earn enough, and that the poor don't work hard when they earn too much.

Overall I'd say the film is pretty Alpha and sympathetic to Ti. My typings:

    Thomas More: LII
    Cromwell: LIE
    Henry VIII: SLE fo' sho

    Richard Rich: IEE
I think More supervises Richard Rich, who seems Ti polr. Rich was expecting to be offered a position based on his Fi connection with More but was turned down, which took him completely by surprise, so he reacted with betrayal.

Duke of Norfolk: EIE (chance of ILE)
Binds himself to justifications that are convenient, unlike More. Hasn't developed his logical skills so tries to conclude matters by saying things like "it's a fair assumption" instead of giving proof. Completely sympathizes with More despite differences in opinion.

    Cardinal Wolsey: LSI
Completely aware of the ramifications of legal recourse against the pope, but is opportunistic. Sees the prevention of dynastic wars as more important than upholding More's "theoretical" conception of justice (Pragmatist orientation). Will do what's necessary to prevent it, including physically threatening church holdings.

Conflict of Ti systems between him and More.

Tries to make intelligent guesses about More's hidden motivations (Fe), unlike Cromwell who directly infers his motivations from his physical actions (Te) (ie. More's silence, More not signing the act, etc).

    Scene with Norfolk

    Scene with Wolsey

Off topic- I like how the character of Wolsey is described:
"Old. A big decayed body in scarlet. An almost megalomaniac ambition unhappily matched by an excelling intellect, he now inhabits a lonely den of self-indulgence and contempt."

Norfolk is ExE. I'm thinking ESE works better than EIE.
