Music: Superego-Superid and Superid-Superego

This is a quiet, music, predominantly, peaceful or sad, low on energy, reflective. It may be serious and meditatve. Introverted music helps to relax, to unwined or to get deeper into your feelings and thoughts. This music is good as a background music for the introverts, because it does not distract you from your thoughts or actions but on the opposite it helps you to get into your usual state of mind and soul - the state which does not require active interaction with the world around you. It helps you to balance yourself, to focuse on task when you feel stressed, tired and all over the place.
