Delta STs are quite good at funding themselves - none of the other options really make sense (Caregivers funded by Beta? Tax the Gammas for Caregiver funding? Surely not Alpha (or are you hiring SF Caregivers)? Shall the Delta NFs be the workhorses? Task some Delta STs with caregiving and some with providing funding?).
