Lazy bastards, and yes, there are lazy EJ's in the world too.
EJ's are not lazy people unless they're unwell in some way. They're wired to be active and focused on accomplishing stuff. They don't feel right unless they are.
I still think my description best represents how the majority of people see EJs.

.
I think "demanding" and "intense" are good words.
So my list thus far:
- Proactive (obviously)
- Solution oriented
- Demanding
- Intense
- Energetic/busy
- Accomplishment oriented
- Persistent
- Involved
- Determined
It's actually easier for me to come up with a list like this for IJ's than EJ's. I guess I take EJ characteristics for granted.
Well, Joy, your white-trash lifestyle and your muddled thinking falls short of almost all of these qualities. How does that work?

I love how you have lots of energy. All the time.
