Ne or Ni?

my first impression was that this is made by someone who has written more poems, and probably studied them. Some things are copied from Edgar allan Poe and funny that his name is also used.

Although the stream of strange idea's would point to Ne, I still say it's Ni because of the somewhat INFp style of the poem.

All of this is ofcourse pretty speculative.
