Cats demonstrate Ne, Si, Ni, and Se personalities. (I think. How would you differentiate a Ni and a Si cat?)
At the very least, I can think of: curious, "smart" cat and sleepy cat. This is assuming they're roughly the same age, of course, since that should factor in to behaviour (again--I think. I'm not a cat expert).
Being that cats aren't highly social creatures like humans, they lack Rational elements.

Well, my thinking was more like:
Cats don't seem to have clear Rational divisions
-> Possibly because feline society doesn't really extend beyond very small groups.
(Though, as I'm thinking through this, I believe stray cats in cities will tend to pool together? I definitely say this in Romania, but it might be because someone was feeding them. I'm not really sure how cats work/think/whatever. Expert needed.)
Not that I think group size is necessarily correlated with "needing" the social M.O. of Rationality. Things like fish or social insects I can't imagine as having personalities or at the very least temperaments.
