how are your two sentences related?

As far as obama haters being beta, no. I know deltas who think very little of him.

Considering that Obama is (by my estimation) clearly EIE, I don't think your assumption makes much sense. Betas that seem like "Obama haters" most likely don't hate Obama, but they may despise the hierarchical system (in terms of his political office) he represents, or the Federalist policies they feel he forces upon the nation as a whole. It's not him but the system.

Though of course there is most likely Betas out there that feel like that hate "him" as a person, but this isn't quadra specific as members of other quadras are just as apt to do this, especially if they're dumb and watch too much Fox News.

Generalizations like this are something the community as a whole should get out of the habit of doing

I also don't see this as type related, it's about personal political views

I'm not referring to the form of social ruling, but rather the current form of government which is largely "Left and Right" is not particularly type related.

You could find Democrats, Republicans and everything in between, in every type, but how each type wants to go about applying these political sides is generally where the differences present themselves

Not that there's much in between. Surely you could go further outside of the spectrum than that!

Also, I don't agree with Delta being "decentralised government." I see Delta being more centrist or pragmatic.

All the betas I know love him. Most of the deltas I know hate him. The deltas also favor a highly decentralized government.

This is very interesting. I'm a huge fan of small government, and I believe more power should be given to the states and less to the federal government. I had no idea this was related to my type!! Do any other deltas like Ron Paul?? I was a big fan of him when he ran for president. I'm not sure what his type is, but I could see him being an INFj.

there are many things that contribute to a persons political positions. both my alpha grandparents are conservative, and hate socialism. i cant even identify with just one of the positions listed. i am conservative in some ways, socialist in many other ways. infact there are certain ways which i agree with any of the point of views ..

I don't like Obama, but then again, I really don't like any politicians, and the things I don't like about Obama have to do with politics and politicking. I'm sure I disagree with some of his positions, but I don't expect to agree with any politician on their positions. It's not that.

I tend to be attracted to governance that is humane above all, that eradicates evil, and truly serves to the benefit of human beings. In my opinion, that can only come from God and those whom God designates so I support a true theocracy under God's kingdom, since God is the only one who really knows what is good for humans. Looking at the way things are currently, when we are not all living under God's kingdom, then I think I am drawn to community-based forms of government.

I don't know if that is what is meant by "decentralized government". I am a sociology major and that means I am constantly under a barrage of political indoctrination attempting to disguise itself as scientific exploration. I find that I lean towards seeing society in a constant state of conflict between the powerful and the powerless (in sociology this is called "conflict theory", in politics it's based on economics and I guess it's called "Marxism", to me it's the way things have had to be since man fell). Anything that distances people from the stewards of government (and they ought to be stewards, not rulers) makes things worse. So if decentralized, locally based governments would have less distance than fine, I guess. I am not convinced of that though.

Same here, I'd prefer a more communitarian type of government than the type we have; I really don't like the idea of a group of individuals having that much power over so many people.
Not only does a larger government allow more (and more dangerous) corruption but it causes too much division amongst people.
While communitarian government may seem like it separates, it actually brings people together, naturally, instead of forcefully.
Everybody has a purpose and everyone's voice is heard, the individual instead of the majority.

Of course this will never happen, people are too greedy and hungry for power

There's no such thing as God. Also what do you mean specifically by the way things are currently? The world is too vast for such a myopic view. It's like you do things all of us do and focus on things that you don't like on purpose to shake yourself up. Trust me in all reality there is about 98% good and 2% evil. It's rarely the 'world' that's the problem but what is inside individuals in that community. Not just you but collectively in your own town.

So my suggestion and advice? See more of the world.

That's just scary. And why do you think your religion should be chosen as the one our government would follow if we had a theocracy? Who would be the worldly person to interpret the Bible for us in this theocracy?

yes infp fits for him best. you can see he's basically introverted, yet ethically confident, and Se valuing.

i don't know that i disagree with the poster who pointed out the politcal leanings...seems to have a ring of truth to them. but i also could see irrational deltas liking obama.

My sentiments exactly. As well as those who don't follow the same religion as the person chosen. Bad idea. Go secularism!
