Actually, from the looks of it, I think it's some sort of alternative shell for Windows like Cairo or LiteStep (notice the transparent drop-down menus and lack of Start menu), or maybe a distribution of Linux.

Why does it have a scrollbar and a firefox navigation bar, identical to the front window one, then? The transparent "drop-down menus" might as well be parts of the anime picture, not os menus at all.
When you press the F11 button, Firefox turns into exactly what he's got there.

Ah, you're right. I don't really use Firefox, so I've never seen it do that. It looked like Cairo to me.

they are of similar quality. while Ayn Rand expressed endless fear about bureaucratic super-Nazis in a world where you can't even pave a forest without a permit; goosebumps was about turning people into bees, people disappearing, and all the general fears associated with mirrors and/or animals.I love that he has Ayn Rand, 1984 and than Goosebumps
