Dysfunctional workplace

I'm surrounded! Here at work my boss is

They are all pretty much insane!!!! My dopey boss sent me on a business trip ....a day early! Of course I trusted him and went. The ENFp knew the schedule was wrong, but forgot to warn me!!!

The ESFp always asks me if I wouldn't mind doing her job, and the INSj just stares at all of us like we are nuts.

My office sucks like that too. We have an IEI-LII business partnership. LSE office manager. LIE business development, and IEE, EII, EIE staff.

It really doesn't go anywhere. There's just no cohesiveness or teamwork, except between myself and the EII-LSE. There are so many yelling matches between everyone else. Working for a small company is like having a second family, with even more drama.

I feel your pain. They resent my trying to apply a little analytical input to the situation. This morning, just hours after I got back from my wild goose chase, I was able to get them to sit down and make a schedule for the two-day event. I was dumbstruck by how difficult it was for them to just draw a line on a paper and schedule everyone. They couldn't do it! They kept getting hung up on what time lunch was, what was on the menu, and when it might end, and how they would get to the conference, and...

I finally asked to be excused.

If given the choice of working with a disfunctional group or going at it alone, I would prefer going solo. I hate bad group dynamics :/.
