Default Deltas why are you here on this forum?

Why are you here at the 16types.info?

I'll just leave the question at that. I'm here because in the past this is where the most discussion about Socionics was happening, and I'm still here because there are so many people that sometimes good discussions pop up. Also, Delta forum, which I always enjoy reading.

I guess I could make a poll, but polls artificially limit responses .

I started here because I wanted to figure my type out and didn't feel confident doing it myself.

Now I'm here, though, there are plenty of cool people to talk to.

Honestly I'll prefer stickam or MSN with any forum member, but this forum is a good place just to check out what's going on and stuff. Also my timezone is real far away from that of most members so I end up hanging out here more.

If your question is like why I chose this site and not others, or why I'm even in a socionics forum in the first place, well I suppose this was my first forum. Also I think it's natural to find a forum after you've gotten yourself into something.

Other than that, most of the people here are awesome.

I'm here to learn and use this forum as a way to get feedback from different mindsets. It's mostly for practical reasons, since I'm not very good at internet socializing.

Nah, it's just that he has a hard time fighting off the massive attraction he has for me

If we're duals too? Man, that's gonna sting.

to see what comes in. I've learned most of what I can from before, and I've been here a while. Now that I have more experience I think I can do a much better job of trying to explain things to other people. I'm somewhat concerned about the presentation of socionics amidst various viewpoints and uses. But I also look for people that I'm somewhat compatible with. It is curious to see how many different people can all share the same quadra values, or even be of the same type, and to notice how gender, experiences, and other things affect that type - how each human being and its own qualities comes through the lens/prism of a type. I've stayed around for so long because I still see it as relevant, and it's enjoyable to discuss somewhat.
