    I do not like movie speeches. They reek of fake enthusiasm, corny dialogue, and overacting. I'm sorry, but just hearing a few inspiration words with some hammy music in the background is not going to make me do anything.

    how about the Sicilian scene from True Romance? It's a beta scene imo but I could see beta (Christopher Walken's character) and possibly gamma (Dennis Hopper's character?).

    Actually, I feel uncomfortable around speeches for the same reasons. Not sure if we're relating here.
