It feels more Te than Se+Ti/Fe+Ni, meaning it seems very balance and descriptive rather than clinging to one apparent viewpoint or posturing that is right or makes him see himself as right. So that could be very delta. And his description of telling both sides of the story seems like what an EII would like from an LSE.

I personally just answer how I want, and screw-all who think I should have to choose, because I can almost always think of what, in my mind, is a better way to do something. But so can a lot of people and a lot of types.

However, I also always answer logically, and it's very clear to me that any question, "emotional" or otherwise always has a logical answer.

Sounds maybe Fe for the emphasis on malleability of situation rather than self, though the last bit seems to counter this.

Basically my conclusion is that any type could say this, given the appropriate situation.
