Then my next question is, assuming we've mobilized a group of ILEs against a tower with a SEI in it, and we have an ESE general convincing the ILEs that there's more than one SEI, what would an LII do?

Nah, I mean a full army.
ESE general + LII ___ + ILE hordes.
The LII would slap the first ILE to claim the ESE contradicted him/herself and then make a witty joke about it to keep the rest of them laughing.
