Fe is required for Ti to be accepted between individuals. Si provides the delivery for the Fe. Ne is working in the background to keep ideas moving (related to Ti then).

Fe is delivered through Si means in Alphas. I'm not sure what would be going on behind the scenes, but bold movements, big laughter, all Fe delivered by Si. I also wonder if Si isn't used to soften the unreceptiveness of Ne. (IEEs believing solely in their unique perception of reality, for instance). Compare: NiFe trying to tell you how important something is. (Abstract ethics.)
As for black integration, Ne builds together like sounds. Like college having an "intellectual buzz".
