When it comes to VI, there is something I like to call "Deceptive Similarity." I was meaning to create a thread about this as well, but changed my mind. Take note of the following example.
Above are pictures of four different actresses. If you looked only at these pics (disregarding, or simply failing to take into account, body language in videos, temperments, intertype relations, and other important facets of socionics), a very obvious superficial similarity can be observed. Almost enough to claim them all as the same type. However, to the experienced VIer, these four ladies are actually three different types altogether.
VI is an artform or skill that takes time to become adept at. You have to know what to look for and what not to be thrown off by. I cannot claim this VI Guide, or any other for that matter, to be 100% fullproof. But it probably is virtually flawless.
