this evening, I had a solid car ride with an INFp.
He was singing this song:



Yet, I was able to endure and even make it a positive experience. The INFp actually felt comfortable enough opening up to me and letting out his more emo flamboyant side come through - it was sort of nice, if you could understand the situation.

I had to hold back from bursting out in laughter and other expressions from being in the car with that song cranked, but, it was still a good time. And it was a sense of understanding, in its own way.

I kind of like that song. I don't know too many guys who would be comfortable singing it out loud, though. I wouldn't sing it out loud either but that's because I have a terrible singing voice and wouldn't want to inflict that upon anyone.

Yeah. It is a good song, but, it definitely takes a certain kind of person to do that.


Interesting mix




It's been an interesting 7K posts here.
I've met some great people, and had some contentious situations, heh heh heh. But socionics definitely has been interesting.

"Psycholocial literacy", I suppose - like financial literacy if you will; socionics does help with making better decisions about things. And also helping other people make better decisions or understand things. That's what has been most rewarding.

I remember mn0good recently posting about how it brings a valuable perspective to understanding history - and I remember Expat talking about that as well. I find myself feeling the same way, particularly the more I look at other countries, and leaders and key groups. What people are doing and why, and how it is significant to them. It's funny how over time socionics seems both more simple and more complex. It can break down the distance between yourself and others.

I liked the video you posted, I've been getting into Mash-Up (Girl Talk) and Breakbeat lately. And it's not that I actually like most of those songs by themselves, but the concept of all of them put together seems to make something new all together.
