Dream - EIE. Near the end, Merv and others note how self-absorbed he is, even blanketing his entire domain in rain because he scared off some girl he was pouring Fe into. Said girl described being caught up in Dream's emotions, like being the Moon reflecting the Sun's light.
Delerium - IEE. Delight at first, happy flower girl. Slowly becomes completely scattered and loopy. Do I even need to justify this one? (Joke typing, but what the hell. Do you have anything better?)
Destruction - ? Judicious, weak Si. This is one of the most interesting characters, imo. Quite possibly IEE, because the Fi-ego/Ti-PoLR is played up in this character. He resents his duty as the controlling force behind creation and destruction (well, actually, just the destruction side--he's always seen doing creative things), and flees from it. I believe the pivotal point to this resentment is related to "why do people have to kill eachother?" Is this suitably Fi?
Desire - Not really seen enough. Completely chaotic and rather rapacious. I'm hesitant to say SEE, seeing as how I was just preaching to someone about stereotypes
Despair - IEI? Her speech at the end comes to mind. Seems to be very self-absorbed, and more connected to her inner world. Additionally, is shown to feel sympathy for the people she overlooks (in other words, the despairing).
Death - ? I'm actually short of ideas for her.
Destiny - LII? Very, very strict adherence to The Rules, even though he's quite obviously closely related to time. Being that he's also a passive observer with only occasional communication roles...
