My guess is something of an EIE or IEI.

Because of the pictures, but also because of what she writes.

Unless she's specifically trying to sell a very particular image... but how can you tell that?

Look at those photos. They're all captured in-the-moment, and she's smiling/looking happy in all of them (though, I think perhaps you're basing EIE off the +old-guy photo... aren't you Sore-Thumbing that a bit? Or am I missing something?). Similarly, with the text, it seems to be discussing Si > Ni. Coffee shops and art galleries with friends? And everything else, imo, are Ne and Ti agendas in action.
