I believe that your personality can influence your appearance. Why? Everything that you do affects your body, and everything you do is influenced to some extent by your personality. Different people will behave in ways that make their faces - and the rest of their bodies - look different in a way that reflects their personalities.
Of course, other factors also affect how your body looks, so there's always an uncertainty in physiognomy. Also, if you somehow measure something that is purely genetic - I doubt you will find any trace of personality.
